This local electrician is good at telling you what they will do and then doing it. The power went out in my house last night, and I called this electrician to come help me. They were there in an hour, assessed the situation, and had power running through the entire house in about 2-3 hours. I'm really glad I called them! Good sarves

He looked over our primary electrical panel, considered our needs, and provided us with several viable solutions, ultimately advising us on the best course of action. gave us a step-by-step rundown and finished the electric charger in a way that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. In addition, he arrived no more than three hours after I placed the call. His competence, dedication, and intelligence have all left me impressed.

Beware of these people. They will seem as a nicely run family business, who are kind, courteous and honest. That’s where I made my mistake in trusting them. They will do everything they can to squeeze as much money out of you by bad business practice and dishonest dealings. They will do this all while smiling and lying to your face in the process. They put up a good front, so that they are able to deceive and manipulate people into situations where they can be taken advantage of. Steer as far away from this company if you are looking for honest dealings.

I won't say they were the cheapest, but their price was fair, and their service was excellent, from the electrician who answers the phones and organizes appointments to the service personnel who arrived. Three times already, I've had the impression that I'm working with a professional organization that values its reputation and client pleasure. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience.

We bought a new house and needed some light fixtures replaced ASAP before painting started and some out of date outlets updated. These guys were able to get someone out next day, which was awesome. He arrived on time and did a thorough safety inspection. He went over everything with me and made suggestions of things that should be addressed. The pricing was super straight forward and they completed everything quickly. I will definitely be using them again!

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.
