Everything worked out great. On time, quick work, way cheaper than RotoRooter and faster to respond too. Turns out there are roots in my sewer line and he got it taken care of. Since they will undoubtedly grow back, I will be calling Budget Rooter again for sure when the time comes.

Called twice over separate days and left messages. Texted once after no response to voicemails. No response to any attempts.

I didn't get a chance to use them but when I talk to the gentleman who owns the business he pointed me to the company that could help me. We called another company and they couldn't come until tonight and would charge $150 extra for evening work. I called Tiff because he had done some work at another property for us. He was there within 30 minutes, got the clog cleaned immediately, explained the situation to the renter and manager and charged $110. Tiff owns this business and runs it himself and does an excellent job. We will use him every time we need drain services! Thanks, Tiff, for your great customer service!
