Wow... amazing. I called this company LAST MINUTE because ORIGINALLY we scheduled a a DIFFERENT Plummer to visit today at 12PM with another company.... the time being 4:08PM, and they are still not here... they told us 30 min, 40 min, and then another 30 min 40 min...

ANYWAY I CALLED NAUTILUS PLUMMING and I told them the situation of our kitchen sink leak... and how the original Plummer has still not shown up... and they had a 5-6PM slot open.. but could see if they can come out earlier. I received a call 10 min after scheduling and was told they could come out in 15 minutes... and they showed up EXACTLY on time!!! I am SO HAPPY.... I want to almost cry.. lol... anyway I recommend this company 100 percent!!!

I interviewed a few plumbers. Leonard is very knowledgeable about all kinds of plumbing. I have a historic house with old fixtures and Leonard was able to assess the problem and give me options. He starts with the easiest fix, taking it apart and seeing the problem and fixing it instead of replacing it. I get to keep the historic fixtures in my historic house. Leonard is very personable and clear about what he needs to do. I'm telling all my friends.

WE FIRST DISCOVERED FORD'S PLUMBING, AT THE START OF THE PANDEMIC! RILEY CAME OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, WHEN OUR WATER HEATER WAS MAKING VERY SCARY NOISES! WE HAD QUITE A BIT OF WORK DONE, AFTER THAT INITIAL VISIT! EVERYONE WAS JUST GREAT! ABOUT 10 DAYS AGO, OUR KITCHEN SINK BACKED UP! IT WAS DISGUSTING! SANTIAGO CAME OUT, LATE ON A SATURDAY EVENING! I called Speedy Stephens Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal and Luis was sent out. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the steps to me in detail. He was also very friendly and professional. He was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and Luis.

I haven't ever dealt with a plumber before. I was nervous and need help figuring out what happened to our water heater. Brian came from Rocket Plumbing and totally helped us out!

He helped diagnosis it quickly: there was too much sediment in the hot water tank. I had no idea they needed to be flushed once a year. And Brian gave me a tip to make the water heater last twice as long. =) I give them two thumbs up!
