He used a clever technique to solve the problem, ensured that the problem was completely solved via various tests, and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous and no-nonsense and wasn't trying to upsell me on work we didn't need. It was $120 total. We could not be more pleased with this experience, and we'll be calling Nautilus first from now on!

Had a major clog. Water backing up into both toilets and bathtubs. Plumber came quickly. Was polite and thorough. Also found that the toilet was improperly installed. Fixed that as well. Explained everything and walked me through the service. Great experience.

We had a leak in a a pipe to our water heater and the company that installed it said they could not respond for a few days. Someone recommended Sunset West so we called them and they were here within a half an hour. Stelios, the plumber who came, fixed the leak quickly and professionally. We had a few more minor plumbing needs and Stelios gladly helped us with all of them and had a great attitude about it. We will definitely use them again.

Service tech came out to fix my water heater, which was not lighting up because of moisture from rain, said that there are too many issue (really did not name any) and then suggested replacing the water heater as it is too old. It is about 5 years old only. He left without fixing the problem. Wasted my Twitter me and his. Really poor experience!
