They were very professional, communicative, providing me with various options to solve my issue, and very efficient—they fixed everything that the same day. Their work was top notch and I couldn’t be happier with their service!

Just had them come to change my water heater and they were very kind, professional, and clean. Not to mention they also were able to help me same day I called. They’re great.

Hands down the worst experience with any plumber I've had in decades of working as an estate manager handling private properties. Lots of empty promises, lies, delays, literrally telling you he's on his way when they have no intention of showing up. Leaving jobs unfinished with no care in the world or even a phone call to explain or apologize. I don't understand how he got these reviews unless they're all his friends because he didn't live up to single one of them, or his over the phone promises. Thank god this wasn't a major flood or emergency or our house would be underwater at this point. Highly unprofessional and decieving. I would def look elsewhere if I were you. This is a waste of time.

Just fantastic. The plumbing issue we encountered was unique and difficult to diagnose, so it took several visits to resolve. Despite this, the entire team was professional, responsive, and respectful. The way in which they assessed and resolved the problem was thoughtful and skillful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they did the repair in a timely manner. Over 35 years of owning homes and dealing with plumbers, this team has exceeded all expectations. I called after I had another company attempt to fix my shower...the plumber arrived and spent about 15 min diagnosing the problem, he gave me a much betterprice than the first company and quickly got to work.. if you want someone experienced and knows how to make you feel at ease about your plumbing call them, they did a free sewer line inspection with a camera found our main sewer line wad broken and we had to fix issue but the fact they did a main sewerline it was great.

Very happy with Robert's Plumbing & Water Heat Repair! Had a pipe issue under our sink with a bad leak problem and Robert helped us out. Fixed the issue, walked me through all steps and kept me in the loop while doing the job. Will call them 100% next time we have any type of plumbing issue.

I had a leak coming from my garbage disposal and Edwin took great care to try and fix the existing one without having to replace it. After one leak was fixed he discovered a second leak which meant replacing the disposal. I appreciated his thoroughness and honesty throughout the whole process. He went and bought a new disposal right away and replaced the unit. He was very transparent, honest and provided me with a receipt for the unit he had to purchase. I would definitely recommend this company!!
