I am very pleased and happy with the service from John. They came promptly on a Saturday, and fixed the problem. One toilet needed a good snaking, and the pipes to the septic were scoped and checked out. John explained things as he went along so I completely understood what was happening. He did the job quickly and left no mess. I would definitely recommend this company to others who need service with their plumbing issues.

It was a pleasure to have All Aloha take care of our boiler. Very honestly advised not to pay a huge amount and buy a new boiler but instead fix it with just 1 part. Fantastic service from start to end. Called for an emergency plumber, two arrived within a half hour problem fixed within an hour. We are a local hairdressing Salon and water is our number one utility so absolutely frilled we were up and running again in a couple of hours. Would recommend to anybody who has trust issues with traders that these guys are honest and thorough.

Did a good job in repairing my leaking toilet and kitchen sink (drain pipe). Took longer than estimated, but not through any fault of the engineer, therefore I wouldn't hesitate in recommending All Aloha Plumbing services.

From the first phone call to the plumber Kenny coming to our house, everyone was super friendly and professional. They diagnosed our issue the day after we called and they were very transparent in explaining everything. They also offer a level of customer service that I feel is hard to find.

I found a water leak close to the slab that was way past my DIY capabilities. Dispatch sent out a technician within two hours. Kenneth arrived and was able to fix the leak. Brandon did a great job re-installing an undermount sink, which was installed originally two years ago from another company but fell down. Brandon made sure the sink is properly supported with proper brackets this time so it won't fall down again. He explained to me how it should have been done from the start. (I guess that’s what I get for being cheap). It is great to do business with a company that does quality work.

Professional, helpful, responsive. However, I was charged $650 for an “Electronic Leak Detection,” which I was told (and is explained in my invoice) would allow them to find the correct manifold without having to cut holes in drywall all across the house. When they showed up there was no special equipment, and 5 exploratory holes in the drywall later I received the bill that said I was paying for a service I didn’t receive.
Good experience otherwise, but if I just wanted to have someone come and take a handful of educated guesses as to what’s behind my walls, I could have saved a lot of money elsewhere.

We had a great experience with Raymond responding to our plumbing emergency. A clog and flooding from our sink overflowed onto the floor and they responded very fast to our frantic call. Took the time to explain what they needed to do and we felt very taken care of. Would definitely look at using their services again

We were in a bit of an urgent situation and George was punctual, calm, professional and able to meet our unique needs whereby he needed to complete tasks at different times during the day due to other work we had being done. Absolutely wonderful service. I called All Aloha because a toilet at one of our locations was overflowing. The tech told me he would investigate and call back with his findings and request approval to do the job. Within 15 minutes the tech called back with his findings. These guys pay you for a review, so don't believe everything you read. They cleared a clogged pipe for my tenant (female) and charged me $458.00 for a rooter service. Definitely took advantage of the fact that neither I, nor my tenant, understood the work. Plumber started his quote at $1200! Complete rip off!

Sunday evening, clogged sewer drain line... Couldn't get anyone to show up. Marco with Aloha showed up and was extremely professional, got the line unclogged and then ran the camera to show what caused the problem. Kaleb worked miracles! We are so lucky he was the tech that was dispatched to us. We’re renting an older house with bad plumbing (or so all the plumbers have told us). He went above and beyond and not only fix the main line clog, but he took the time to explain what may be causing it so the next time we have to call a plumber out, they know where to start. We have really old plumbing with no ventilation system and this seems to be a trend with this home unfortunately as this is the 2nd time we’ve had to have a plumber come out. So I didn't actually use All Aloha because i ended up not needing a plumber, however, their customer service is excellent! They were so friendly and polite each time I spoke to them.
