Started off thinking was a nice honest plumber everything went smoothly did the installation. Only reason there is 2 stars and not one.

Followed his direction to not run sprinkler for a few hours to let plumber glue dry.

Had same exact issue happen, I inquired as to why this was happening, only response was that something was hitting it.

Still being the nice guy he came out and did the repair without charge. Within a week it blows the PVC pipe again. He states the same thing. Something is hitting it. And that he wouldn't make another trip without charge. This is his third trip, one install, and two trips for repairs.

At this point a week or so later the pipe breaks again in the SAME place, but I didn't want to contact the guy who says he is going to charge me to not fix the issues and only says that something is hitting it.

Now here I am three yard floods later, system still not working, getting told that something is hitting the lines.

I contacted Chris once again and now the reply is to upgrade whole this to copper (that'll be cheap I'm sure) and my response is still wanting to know what the underlying issues are. Why would I upgrade if we still don't have the reason and cause of the pipe bursting. So I can potentially have an even more expensive repair in the future?

I'm ok with an upgrade if I know it'll work. But the fact is he did an install of a valve, the pipe that goes into the valve keeps rupturing and I don't have any answers except spend more money for something that, Might help?!

He: communicates effectively, is cordial, is punctual, is knowledgeable, does quality work, cleans up when he is finished. and most of all, is HONEST. I highly recommend Renew Plumbing and would suggest you get an estimate from Chris before making a choice for your plumbing needs

No one wants plumbing problems but when the unexpected happens it’s so nice to know of a pleasant, professional plumber with awesome turn around time. I had a same day appointment, on time arrival and super quick resolution to the issue. Chris is a really nice man and a skilled professional. We were having issues with our bathtub not draining correctly, and we tried a couple at home solutions like draino and plunging the drain. When none of that worked we found Renew plumbing on Google and gave him a call on monday. We left a voicemail and to our surprise he gave us a call back the same day even though they were closed. Chris let us know that he could be out the next day (Tuesday) to take a look at our drain. He told us he'd be out between 2-4pm. On Tuesday he gave us a call and said he could be here earlier than expected, which worked perfect for us. When he came out he got working on our drain which only took him about 5 minutes to unclog and then he asked if we had any other issues going on that he could take a look at for us. We then told him about our sprinklers leaking in the back and were not sure if he could help us with that. He informed us that he may not be helpful but he took a look anyway and sure enough he fixed that issue within just a few minutes as well and pointed out a couple of issues he saw with our condensation pipes and such as to save us from having issues in the future from possible broken pipes and water damage. We love the fact that not only did he help us with something he did not necessarily come out for but he also helped to keep us informed about some issues we may have never thought about without the knowledge of an expert. We will definitely be calling Chris from Renew Plumbing LLC again in the future if we have any problems again. Thank you so much for coming out and helping us today!

Chris came to help us with our water softener. He was very above board. We then asked him if he could help us update the shower/tub hardware. He was great to help us find the proper replacement, was able to come within a couple of days and showed up early. We really appreciate how solid he was and will definitely use him again.

What a nice honest person and super friendly plumber and does nice work. We met Chris in the plumbing aisle at Home Depot as our original plumber failed us and he followed me and fixed our toilet. We liked his work and had him install our new kitchen faucet, and will have him come out and do future plumbing jobs.

Chris was fantastic. The only of 4 plumbers we called who actually knew his stuff when it came to tankless water heaters.

We had been having an issue with our showers where we could only get scalding hot or cold water but nothing in between (sinks were working fine). However, we noticed that when we turned the hot water on in our sink and left it running, we could then adjust the temperature in our showers. We had 3 different plumbers come out and when we explained what was going on they couldn't quite figure out the issue. One tried to replace the shower cartridges but that didn't solve anything. The others said it was a problem with our tankless water heater but admitted they didn't know much about tankless heaters (neither do we since we had just recently bought our home which came with a tankless heater and we had never had one before). Our warranty company finally sent us Chris and he was able to diagnose the problem and told us how to fix it all over the phone. Basically we have one of the original tankless water heater models which don't do very well with single handle showers, which is what we have. He essentially just walked me through over the phone how to adjust everything on the water heater so that the temperature in our showers would be more comfortable. Even though this had worked, he still stopped by a little later at no charge to double check everything and taught me a bit about how tankless water heaters work so I could do some minor touchups myself if I needed to.

This guy was hired by our insurance company to fix a pool issue. When he came out he told us it was a stuck overflow valve and changed it out. Fast forward couple months later and we get a $600 water bill. Looked and seen that overflow was stuck open again.. Called this guy about issue and cant get a call back.. Shady..

Chris was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing and why! On time and very clean! We can’t thank him enough he went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Super wonderful to work with!!! Very fast and great assistance!! I have a home warranty, but cost less than the warranty fee and did extra work!!! I will make sure that any future issues I keep their information on hand as I will definately use them again!!!!!
