We had a leak in a water pipe that unfortunately went unnoticed. By the time we found the problem it was too late. The water had already rotted out the floor in our laundry room. Needless to say we were freaking out. We called our home warranty company and Shane arrived at our door the next day. He was a sight for sore eyes. He could tell we were stressed to our limits so he just calmly took over and did what needed to be done. He contacted everyone needed to start the process of repairing the extensive damage and to put our house back to where it was before. We were very impressed with Shane. His calm demeanor and warm disposition make him a wonderful asset to his company. Arid Valley Plumbing is lucky to have Shane as an employee and we we’re lucky and fortunate to have him come to our rescue. Thank you Shane. You are now our “Go-To-Guy” for all our future plumbing needs.

We had used Arid Valley plumbing for a home warranty claim for the drain leaking from the upstairs bath in a home that we had just purchased, not only were they quick to respond, they made what was afrustrating time after just getting moved into our new home as stress free as anyone could. Chris made sure to show us the actual problem, schedule that actual repair and was very professional and communicated throughout the process, even making sure the floors and other areas were cleaned up beyond our expectations. We have since had them out to install a recirculation pump for the hot water as well as install a water softener / purification system, that again, Angela in the office, and Chris providing impeccable service. We will continue to use Chris, and this company for any of our future plumbing needs.

Chris G. Came out to help us with a leak we had behind the wall in our kitchen sink area. He also helped guide us to a company to removed the damaged cabinets and dry wall and prevent any further damages. Once we had access to the damaged pipe he was out the next business day to fix the pipe in one trip. All around the service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. If we need any plumbing needs we will definitely be call them again and recommending to anyone asking for a preferred plumbing service.

Shawn was the tech that was sent to my home for a water leak that was causing the ceiling in the den to bubble up. He was incredible in discovering the origin of leak. Once discovered, he quickly swiped out the wax ring on the toilet, and thoroughly tested his work to ensure the problem was handled. I was very impressed with his professionalism and skill. Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever had. My property management arranged for some plumbing work with this company. I called to make the appt and and was chastised by the customer service rep for not being available at the time she gave me to schedule. Did not even offer any other times. When I stated I was not available at that time, I was reprimanded because they had not been able to reach me. Unbelievable!!! If their work is anything like their customer service DO NOT USE them.

Plumbing emergency. Told first available appointment was in 4 days. Told to shut off and on water to entire house outside every time anybody needed to go to the bathroom for 4 days. What a bad joke!

Riley came out and installed a new faucet and hooked up new dishwashers for us. He did a great job and was in and out with no mess! Give them a call you won't regret it!

On a Sunday Edward came within an hour of my conversation with the main office. I can’t tell you how appreciative I was. My toilet had cracked (he discovered) and the valve was broken so I had to turn off the water for the whole house. I am 75, live alone and need water in a desert. In addition they notified a company to assess water damage the same day. It just couldn’t have turned out any better. He was the nicest guy ever. Go with this company

My roommate ran out of toilet paper and decided to use paper towels instead. Well, our sewer line backed up and started filling the bathtub. We had Arid Valley Plumbing LLC install our new water softener. A lot of plumbing companies seemed to not want a small job like ours or wanted to upsell. Arid was great. They listen to what I needed done and got right on the job. I could not be happier.

Riley was fast to provide bid, and complete the job. He provided an estimate for the repair as he was unsure what he might find behind the walls, and he kept to the low end of the bid all said and done. Needed a lower drain pipe put in due to the new and deeper sink the p trap would not work as it previously was positioned. Riley made sure everything with the sink and drain flowed well. Pleased with the work completed. Riles said they do not do the patch work, so I textured and patched the cuts myself after he was completed. I am about two months in and so far the sink and pipes drain well. Thanks Riley!

Riley and TJ did an amazing job on a plumbing repair at my house. An old P-trap was badly broken under a tub, which required breaking concrete. A large pipe was also broken in my backyard which required a big dig and repair. Both Riley and TJ were very professional and communicative. Mario at Arid Valley Plumbing did an excellent job. I called when my water heater exploded and water was everywhere. He was out within the hour. He was really knowledgeable and gave me several options. I would absolutely recommend them! He was great with our dogs too!

Watch out for this company!! My home warranty assigned this company to repair my water leak. Technician (Nick) showed up and reported that my tub was missing parts that are not even missing. He sent the report to my home warranty so he knew that my home warranty will deny my claim by saying that my tub was missing parts. So his intention was to not deal with my home warranty because probably they don’t get enough money for this repairs. Then he emailed us a quote so we can hire them directly. He was also insisting in calling a restoration company for them to get also a piece of the pie. My home warranty denied my claim due to his dishonest report. I had to spent 2 hours on phone talking with a supervisor from the home warranty explaining how this technician lied and made a fake diagnostic report of my leak. Home warranty reviewed the report that Nick sent to them and also the email-quote that he sent to us where it shows that he made two different reports. Finally my home warranty reopened my claim and assigned a different contractor. I called them to submit a complaint. A couple of hours later his supervisor called me just to justify and cover up his actions. Clearly he is not acting alone. Please be really careful with this company, because they will try to rip you off. They don’t want a home warranty to get involved since they know that they won’t pay them the amount they normally charge for a regular customer. I will submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, I don’t want anybody to be a victim of this rats.

The company is not reliable and dishonest. It took them 2.5 months to receive a replacement garbage disposal and many phone call that they don't bother to return. When they did finally show up with the part, they installed it but disabled my water filter.
Do not use them unless you want to spend your money and time.

I had several jobs to do and it was just too much for me. Arid Valley came in and did it all and more! Great service and attention to detail. When they were done, and they really did go the extra mile, everything was perfect. They will be my go to place for all my plumbing.

Arid Valley received my call regarding my CPVC supply line pipe leaking above my bathroom. The man who answered, Riley, immediately assessed the damages and sourced the leak and made the necessary repair before it became a much bigger problem. He was extremely easy to schedule and the repair was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company over the bigger ones for not only the quality of services provided but the price to repair the issue was much cheaper than any competition in the valley. They were the first to respond to my request for a hot water heater replacement and provided a very good quote and even offered better pricing on some side projects I have. I went with a different company only because they had a financing option. I will definitely use these folks for my other projects.

Candidly, this review should be zero stars. I am highly offended by the actions taken by this company and its representatives. I own a rental building in Scottsdale. Dan Prinzen inspected a drain pipe, behind a kitchen sink, and attempted to create a large homeowner's insurance claim for a minor issue. A crack was clearly visible and above a plumbing junction. Instead of completing a basic repair, Mr. Prinzen manipulated the situation and spoke (in a loud voice hoping to disturb my tenant) that the crack was definitely in the building's foundation causing substantial damage. He recommended restoration companies that would charge thousands of dollars to my homeowner's insurance and told me that he would help me collect the most from my insurance company. This company works with home warranty companies and attempted to take advantage of a situation. Turning a repair that should cost a couple of hundred dollars into a tens of thousands of dollars homeowners' claim is incredibly unprofessional. I was forced to use this company by my home warranty and will never use them again.

Mr. Prinzen attempted to tell me what my home warranty would cover and what it would not cover. He must have never read coverage policies because pipe leaks are clearly covered (as well as unobstructed access through walls). He then told me that my home warranty company was incredibly difficult to deal with, as was my homeowners' insurance company and that he should lead any and all conversations with them. Regretfully for Mr. Prinzen, I handle insurance claims regularly and knew the game he was playing. Had I not had experience in this field, and a reliable plumber that gave me a second opinion, I may have been manipulated into this company's scheme to baselessly increase the cost/scope of repairs.

Initially, I was told that this repair would be completed same-day. Once I informed Mr. Prinzen that I did not want an unnecessary re-pipe, his demeanor completely changed (like an individual selling timeshares and is told no). He then told me my tenant would have to wait several days (even though his company had already cut into the walls of the apartment in question). Thankfully, I obtained an opinion from an independent plumbing company that verified the leak was not in the building's foundation and that the repair needed was minor in nature.

This situation was analogous to the stereotypical mechanic that attempts to take advantage of customers. I cannot speak to the normal practices of this business; however, my experience was negative, unprofessional, and manipulative. Therefore, I will avoid this company at all cost in the future.

We had a minor problem with a faucet and chose Arid Valley because they were the first to respond to our inquiry. Their plumber, Shane, called prior to arriving, showed up on time, was professional and courteous, and fixed our problem quickly. We won't call another plumber but Arid Valley.

Riley came by and installed our new reverse osmosis system. The install took about 15 minutes in and out and we love the taste! We have used arid valley in the past for a whole home filter and we’re pleased with that so we decided to use them for the RO too! Very pleased with the easy going process. They made it quick and painless!

Shane was very personable, honest, and straight-forward. We called to get a quote for replacing a T&P Pipe, and when noticed old copper supply lines feeding the water heater he recommended replacing these with stainless steel to prevent any future concerns or issues. The quote was very reasonable and they were out a just a few days later to complete the repairs.

They were able to schedule me very soon and had what they needed when they arrived! They were fast and efficient and were done before I knew it!

Chris G insisted on trying to auger the drain first and after 2 hours or hard work he knew it would be Hydro-Jet. They argued with the home insurance and got us approved. We had AV Plumbing come out due to a big leak in our kitchen. Dan was able to repair a broken pipe, then returned on another day to clean the drain pipe out. He was super nice and explained the process of what is covered by the home warranty and what wasn't.

Then I noticed the sink was still leaking in another spot, so I had my warranty company call AV again. Chris came out and fixed our two angle stops. He was also very nice and we appreciate the help! We will be sure to keep AV Plumbing as our favorite contact should we need em :)
