Henry did a excellent project again. I had the pleasure of meeting him last year and he diagnosed the trouble and provided solutions. He and his crew are professional and his expertise was apparent. I was able to learn how to troubleshoot my septic system and assess what was the causation behind my problem. In my case, roots from tree growth, which he was able to show me using a high definition camera. He cleared them using specialty equipment that you can’t pick up at a Home Depot. I highly recommend Henry and Roto Rooter. They have my sincere gratitude.

Dillon did an terrifc work in providing options to install a generator at my residence. He offered suggestions on a great location and how to best complete the installation. He was thorough and answered all my questions. I am thrilled with the service he provided. Nels, Matt, Joseph & Greg did a great job installing a new generator and installing a new electrical panel. Installed ceiling fan and remote control. They did a superb job, both are professional and to talk to. We did experience a issue of the light turning itself on later that day and they will be back today to look at the remote frequency etc.

We decided to go with these guys for a replacement water heater and their repairman team (Larry and Manny) were punctual and professional. I have been having problems with my toilets clogging since I moved in, as well as a drain that never unclogs. I was concerned there could be a bigger drain issue. They answered my call and got a tech out within a day. Ari showed up and was professional, thorough, and neat. he found no major problems with our plumbing. I am just in need of new toilets. I will definitely be using them to replace them. He did repair my sink right away and it runs like new. Reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Mine was a complicated problem. time I ran the washer, my toilet overflowed. They ran the snake through the pipe connected to the washer, then they ran it through the toilet. Nothing! Then they ran it through the kitchen sink and that's where the dilemma was! They did an good job! honest!
