I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. I called Clint on a Saturday, and he was here within the hour and fixed my leaking kitchen sink. He was very professional and had my leak fixed very quickly at a very fair price. I will continue to use Safeway Plumbing anytime I need; I would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

Highly recommend. Diagnosed the issue that was on the outside of my home and explained the different options to fix it. Replaced the part and put everything back together better than it was before. The work done was very clean and tech was very knowledgeable.

so i called this other company monday and got an 8am appointment to fix bathroom sink clog. day of appointment no call from them . so at 10 am, past my appointment i called to see whats up. an emergancy call to place of my appointment time. told me it could be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours longs. so i called Pioneer Plumbing instead. was told i could get bumped into schedule and i could be a wait. being prepaired for this i said ok. lets see who shows up first. within 20 minutes Pioneer plumbing guys calls me and says he is on the way. 10 minutes later Arizona Professional calls me back saying plumber can be her in 45 minutes. well................ sorry to say but very greatfull, Pioneer Plumbing showed up first. thanks to shoddy customer service i say skip Arizona Professional, because there name is a lie. nothing professional about em.
so i got a team of guys to show up now, very nice fellas, very prepared and ready to go. we had tryed to fix the clog ourselves and got nowhere. they took the time to teach us about our pipe maintenance they pulled out the heavy artillery and Ka Pow . Yay they fixed it within an hour. Love this company and will no long look for others. they are my go to guys for now on.

Don has done plumbing projects for me for the past 15 years - put in water heaters, fixed leaks and drains, changed out fixtures, etc. He is reasonable, cleans up after himself, and is responsive and courteous. I definitely recommend Don.

Over charged for service provided. Plumber was very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend these guys!
