This person is a flat out crook. Charged 125.00 and didn't fix the lock. I purchased a new on for 60.00.

I needed to copy an unusual key, but gave it a try st the kiosk. The machine read the key and said it could be duplicated elsewhere and mailed to me. It seemed easier than hunting down a locksmith, so I gave it a go. A few days later my keys arrived in the mail and they worked perfectly! Thanks!!

I called Yale KeyExpress because my car's key wouldn't turn in the lock. The person who answered the phone was very nice and professional, and she gave me a quote over the phone that was quite reasonable. The technician showed up promptly, and he was very nice as well. He took his time to explain everything to me, and he even made sure that I understood what he was doing. He did an excellent job with the locksmith services I had requested!

I would give them 20 stars if that were available will work with you, are honest, Will help you out with anything they are just great family people running an honest business together I will never go anywhere again for another car except to them, Michael an David are Great know there cars an do not like to u to get them sold

Easy to use and fun to watch the keys getting cut. All of the keys worked great. I was a simple and quick way to get new keys made!

I used this company to have a Key and Remote replaced. They quoted me 215.00 for this service and was happy that they could come out to my place to solve my problem. Unfortunately, the poorly trained technician could not reprogram the remote. He indicated we have to take it to the dealer. Then proceeded to charge us $200 for the key. Now I have to go to the dealer and get the remote for another $300.

Here is the issue. I called to speak to management on March 13th, and their contact said I would get a call on Mar 14th,,,,, No call. Called on March 16th and I they said I would get a call right away. Now it is March 19th and still no call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They obviously have paid for google reviews and they have no respect for customers. They have no training in place... And I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW, As far as I am concerned, I payed $200 and got half the service. Get your processes in order, train your people.

Highly recommend Yale Key Express. They were incredibly professional, and the service was perfect! I had a rekeying done for my car key, and they were very quick and efficient. They also helped me out with some other locks that needed to be replaced, and did a great job at it. I would definitely use them again!

OMG !!! I locked my key in my car... Tried everything even had a neighbor try to help... To the young man who helped me tonight YOU ARE AMAZING.. I was willing to shatter my window . With in 1 minutes he unlocked my door !!!

Fast and accurate.

I gave it three stars for convenience and ease of use. The key was not cut correctly. This is the second time that is had happened. To make sure that I was following the steps that were given, I canceled the process and reinserted the key. I felt confident that it was in and secure, when I got home to try it, which was in the middle of the night I realized that it wasn't cut right. I had file it down the first set of keys from this machine. Cool idea, just has some bugs to work out in my opinion.
