Austin Lock & Security has helped me out on more than one occasion. You see I lock myself out of my truck and never seem to have the spare key with me when I do it. He has also re-keyed a lock for our house and we haven't had any problems since it was done.

These guys are so helpful and understanding and don't pressure you into buying at all, I just purchased a ford mustang with them after going to 3 other dealerships. Re-keyed new house under a home warranty plan. I heard from the company within hours of notifying the home warranty company. CopperStar was able to set up an appointment with me the same week.
