Acme’s Web site was very informative. Excellent resources. Very easy scheduling process. At Tech Mike was excellent. No pressure to sell what’s not needed. Called ahead, able to send pics to him, GPS tracking his arrival. Then... meeting Mike in person made the experience even better. Super personable and highly knowledgeable. He had a sincere interest in making sure all security concerns were appropriately addressed. THIS is high quality contractor work and THIS is how the contractor<>customer process should work! A old key i was using snapped and broke in the key hole making it hard to lock the door because their was no allowance anymore to turn other keys so i called these guys to come remove the fragments and even went ahead to inspect the rest of the locks and it was all to perfection, incredibly competent and very reliable,you can count on them

The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and kind. He fixed my door immediately, which has been broken for a while. We were able to use the extra key he gave us later that day, which was great! The key looks as pictured from the Kiosk, however the edges were rough compared to other keys I’ve copied. Other than that it works okay.

These folks come highly recommended. For my 2004 Mercedes, I need the cutting of a new metal key blade. My estimate from AutoLocks in Sidcup was £90, which I felt was a bit excessive. Through eBay, I discovered Express Keys, so I went there to see if they might assist. While I waited, a new blade was cut and fitted for pennies in comparison to the quote above! Very good men and first-rate service. Again, many thanks:)

Very impressed! I arrived home today to find that my door could not be unlocked. I called at 12:38pm, within 10 minutes,he arrived, replaced broken lock, matched it for our current keys and was gone by 1:10pm. Super quick, quality, friendly service!

Great guy, very accommodating. He showed up on time to my storage unit to cut the lock off when I lost the key, however due to my own error we were there an hour before the place opened. He left and came back when the place opened with no complaints.
