Called them and specifically asked if they could re-key a mobility scooter, they said yes and took my information, I waited a few hours and called them again to see when they would be heading my way and they checked the ticket order and read it to me that it was for a mobility scooter and said someone will call. I didn't get a call, and I waited for 6 hours! I called again and said I was still waiting for someone to call and then he checked the ticket again and said oh sorry we don't work on mobility scooters. I waited around all day for nothing.

Mike was wonderful! Service was amazing! Arrived extremely fast, very professional, and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend business and will now be using locksmith pro solutions as my go to for other locksmith services that I may need. Thank you Mike!

Super nice and great service

I used this company to have a Key and Remote replaced. They quoted me 215.00 for this service and was happy that they could come out to my place to solve my problem. Unfortunately, the poorly trained technician could not reprogram the remote. He indicated we have to take it to the dealer. Then proceeded to charge us $200 for the key. Now I have to go to the dealer and get the remote for another $300.

Here is the issue. I called to speak to management on March 13th, and their contact said I would get a call on Mar 14th,,,,, No call. Called on March 16th and I they said I would get a call right away. Now it is March 19th and still no call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They obviously have paid for google reviews and they have no respect for customers. They have no training in place... And I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW, As far as I am concerned, I payed $200 and got half the service. Get your processes in order, train your people.

Came quickly. We very nice & affordable.

David was very prompt and courteous. He rekeyed 4 doors and a mailbox in less than 90 minutes! And it was a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends and family.

This company is not registered under the BBB. Had a issue with their service. Asked to speak to their management - Called 2 x , and never got a response.. Find another service that is legit. This business does not know what customer service means.

Super pleased with this service! I was at work and needed a new mailbox lock, the tech stayed in touch with me throughout the process, despite being busy! I even asked for pictures of the process, which he sent to me. I felt reassured and pleased to know that he would leave the key somewhere safe. Overall I’m extremely pleased.... also the price didn’t change, which I was happy about. Thanks a ton, your the best!

I called them to get my house front door unlocked because I lost my keys, they did a great job and really fast. He was able to fix my mailbox the same day I called, and it only took 6 minutes. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I had the misfortune of losing my only key to my car. But after contacting Locksmith Pro Solutions and speaking with David, my experience turned around almost immediately. David answered the service call to my home. And although my original quote was for much less than what I paid in the end....I FEEL TOTALLY BLESSED IT WAS DAVID I WAS WORKING WITH. The company you hired to write this fake review is lazy. They keep writing reviews for the same companies ( Smart Owl Tutoring, Turf Grow, etc). A dead giveaway for fake reviews. If your paying for fake reviews what else are you lie about?

Horrible company, made a bad key for me, refuse to make a new one, I’m now out $285 for a key that never worked, avoid at all costs!
