Unfortunately Google wouldn't let me leave no stars because this is what this company deserves is no stars they had me locked into an agreement for a year promise send me all these things then when it comes down to it when a technician shows up they know nothing about it and they said it's not included in the price then I want to cancel because it's not what I wanted then they say there's a cancellation fee and I said well maybe I'll continue just for the bugs then every time I schedule an appointment a technician doesn't even show up or they cancel so now I'm locked into this year agreement and you guys are making money for free now I hired another company to take care of this problem so now I'm paying them and you then you guys call and ask if I have any pest problems duh I do have pest problems but you guys won't take care of it. Nowadays people really need every cent of their money and I'm giving you free money. I don't know what else to say about this company but please do not use their service. Nobody is on the same page like yesterday when they called I complained and they said we will have a technician out tomorrow I get a call today saying oh nothing was scheduled OMG I can go on and on I am so upset.
