Dan and Mark were excellent. Like most home-improvement projects, ours was not without hiccups. But at every turn, Dan and Mark exhibited expertise and a commitment to do the project right and to our very high standards. They were responsive, attentive, and communicative. The final product--a combination of new herringbone white oak floors and refinished original fir floors--is beautifully done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install or refinish wood floors.

These guys did an incredibly amazing job on the installation of the hardwood in our master bedroom. They are a rare find. Their craftsmanship is exquisite and their customer service is exceptional.

Update. The performance of this company and its lack of professionalism following this Initial review has prompted me to re visit this review. I can not recommend them to anyone at this point.

I needed a flooring company to help me with a project on short notice due to some painting being added to the scope of work and pushing the flooring installation schedule, creating a conflict. I found Phoenix Hardwood Floors online.

From the start they were professional, responsive and friendly. Mark was able to get me on the schedule and take care of my customer with a personal touch.

They discovered some water the insurance company missed and set up their drying equipment to take care of it immediately. The installation was done quickly afterwards. Rosemary, the homeowner, was taken care of with a professional quality job.

I really appreciated Mark and Dan being able to take care of the customer. I was able to hand this off with confidence that the project would get done well by a licensed, trustworthy company.

My experience with Mark and Dan at Phoenix Hardwood was one of the best that I have ever had. They placed pacaya mesquite in our master bedroom and walk in closet. Dan is a true artist. His attention to detail was second to none. Phoenix Hardwood was exceptional from start to finish. I recommend them highly.

Mark came out and gave me a very competitive quote. I agreed and we got started. His installer, Daniel, came out and installed the hardwood flooring. He did a very professional and clean job; even working on Sunday to finish the job for me. Daniel made it a priority to come out and do some touch ups after the job was finished. This company has gone above and beyond for me and I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks Guys!

Top notch service! We were impressed with the great job that they did. We were able to keep our original baseboards (Which they painted to look new). Mark and Daniel are very professional and I definitely will use them for our next flooring upgrade.

Dan and Mark did an amazing job. Our request for a beveled chevron pattern is a demanding flooring install. They jumped on the opportunity the next day (again, a demanding request). My wife and I have done a lot of home projects over the years and are accustom to dealing with typical contractor issues. On the contrary, Phoenix Flooring exceeded our expectations, demonstrated incredible flooring/wood knowledge and also showed great attention to detail. In the end, we were ecstatic about the transformation of our basic wood flooring to the elegant chevron pattern that we are certain very few craftsmen could install correctly.

Spoke with one of the owners, Mark Williams. He made an appointment to review refinishing my stairs. He chose the time and date. Never showed up, never called, did not respond to messages. Beware doing business with this individual or company! I have let those who recommended this company know how they do business.

I am pleased with the quality of the work that Daniel and Mark provided for us. We have a 4 bedroom home that we had about 1,000 ft installed and it turned out great. It was a little dusty afterwards, but that was expected with all the carpet that was torn out.
