Matthew and his crew did a fantastic job of removing existing ceramic tile and thinset. They ground and leveled the concrete ready for new tile to be installed as well. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Very professional. Thanks guys!

Matt & crew just completed a dustless travertine floor removal for us (1400+ sq ft). They completed the whole job in a little less than 3 days, which is amazing! They worked so incredibly hard — tile removal is not for wimps!

Matt responded very quickly to our initial communications. He answered all of our (many) questions with great patience. Matt showed honesty and integrity when he came to measure for our free in-home estimate, and we ended up having less square footage to demo than we originally thought, which saved us some money.

They showed up every single day on time and got right to work. They were courteous, friendly, and respectful of us and our home. They moved heavy furniture and appliances without charging us additional fees for doing so. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly every day before leaving. They were able to remove our stone floors around existing cabinetry without causing any damage. The whole process was quite clean, and we consider the money spent for their services to be well worth the investment.

I called AZ Floor Removal based on the great Google reviews. We needed thinset removed from a 300 sq. ft. space prior to laying new flooring. I called last week, they answered right away and answered my questions, including a general estimate based on the square footage I gave over the phone. We scheduled for today at 8:00am.

At 7:55am, they showed up, super friendly, got right to work. Finished by 10:00, only 2 hours and the floors are perfect. All thinset is gone, smooth, immaculate, NO DUST - incredible!

They measured my floors and there was less sq. footage than I gave them so it was actually a little less than they quoted.

I absolutely recommend this company 100% do not waste time researching anyone else. Thank you Matthew and team for such a great experience!

Would highly recommend Matthew/crew for floor/tile removal. Did an absolute excellent job for me. Very efficient, did clean work, great quality and their prices are more than fair. Matthew and his team was great! When I first called they were very responsive, got me on the schedule quickly, and were very reasonably priced. I had removed the tile myself and then realized I did not want to remove the thinset, they came out and went above and beyond to get my floor cleaned and ready for new tile. I would 100% reccomend them!

Very responsive, on time, professional but most importantly, they did a great job! My daughter had used them for dustless removal of tile so when we started our project, they were the first contacted and the best value. I had gotten other estimates, but this was the best by far. Very happy with the work they did removing our floor tile.
