We wanted a whole backyard makeover... new walls around pool equipment, gazebo structure, improvements to the pool, new grass, sprinklers, lamp posts, etc. Not only did LSL help communicate and guide us through this process, they came in on budget and on time, too. The results still get ooohhh and ahhhhs from my friends that come to visit and the yard (some 5 years after construction on the back yard was done) still holds up REALLY well, unlike so many I did it myself projects tend to do.
I have been able to ask the staff for advice and small follow-ups here and there over the years and have hired them on numerous times to upgrade this, and install new that. It's always done with a friendly smile and capable crew.

The latest project was for some pavers in the front yard. The HOA rejected the proposal at first - seeking more information. The communication between LSL and myself was easy, drama free, and successfully completed in short order. The work done was - as expected - on time, clean, professional, and on budget.

These guys are not the cheapest, less expensive guys in town, but they provide an amazing value. In the numerous projects I have had them run for me, I have never heard drama or observed missed time frames like so many contractors do. I never hear Well so-and-so's truck wouldn't start, so we had to move your job to next week... kind of stuff. Always heard We will be there tomorrow at 7am.... and you can almost set your watch!

These guys are MY guys... so please don't hire them.... I want them all to myself!

Chad and his crew did an amazing makeover in my backyard! I had a general idea of what I was looking for and showed a few photos to Chad, but that was it. He made some excellent recommendations to me, of things I hadn’t considered, and those suggestions have resulted in a yard I absolutely love! He and his crew were very professional and friendly throughout the entire process - and such hard workers! I am so appreciative of the long days they worked to create my new amazing backyard. The project was completed within the time we discussed thanks to their professionalism and dedication. I will recommend Ground Zero Landscape and Chad Bennett to everyone I know. MY FIRST TIME A VERY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE

BJ’s landscaping has provided transparent service for projects as large as removing trees and as small as a quick recommendation all while maintaining the look we want for our property. I’ll use them from now on, I’m very happy.

I had Masterscapes remove an old free-standing barbecue island and build me a new masonry one with travertine tile over concrete top and pavers in front of it. They did an outstanding job and my wife and I love it. The workers cleaned the area upon completing the job. I should note this is the third job I hired Masterscapes to perform at my residence: the first job was to redo my sod in my back yard and the second time they redesigned and installed an entirely different front yard landscape. I have been extremely pleased with all the work they performed at my home. Anyone who needs landscaping of any kind should call Masterscapes!

I truly believe a scam fronted as a landscaping business is being run here. I was charged at least twice the reasonable price for the “job” that they did. (Guys pulled up at a random time without saying a word, one immediately sat down on a rock and used his phone for hours while the other guy left to get the “supplies”) They worked until sundown and left.

They did not finish, and arrived the next week at a random date and time, did not finish the job, and did not do what was asked at all. I called Clara to speak with her about it and she said they’d send someone Monday. I did not believe her. They did not arrive of course, and it went unfinished. But you can best believe they charged us for it! ? Oh, and even took it upon themselves to charge us double than what was originally agreed upon in the contract. (the original price itself was outrageous enough) After trying to get ahold of Clara or Nathan about the billing issue now, it fell on deaf ears until my husband sent an email saying this is his last time reaching out before he goes to the credit card company. Viola! We finally get a refund for the double charge, of course, no response or apology still though. Except!… I received a text from Nathan, I took a look at it, and he was offering me a whole $25 off my bill just to leave them a 5 star google review! Wow! What value! I texted him saying “my husband would actually like to speak with you, here’s his number etc etc”. Ignored. I texted that daily for a few days as well, knowing I wouldn’t get an answer, only to entertain myself I guess.

Since this, I’ve obviously given up, and I’m writing this review in hopes of saving someone else time and money because it’s too late for me, they got me, but not for as much as they wanted at least.
