Keys work but come out of the machine a lot of metal debris still attached. They need to be sanded down to remove the loose metal.

Jon of Sitton Security did an awesome job!!! He came out in 15 minutes on a holiday to unlock my daughter's door that had a old lock and an old door and a key that stopped working. He was extremely knowledgeable of the issues and unlocked the door in seconds. He was so great with my daughter who was so grateful to get in her room again! Thank you Jon for the excellent work!

I called to have 3 locks changed. The nice lady that answered was sweet, kind and professional. Phil, the locksmith was here in less than 15 mins. He was the best. He was nice and also very professional. He had all 3 doors completed in less than 15 mins. And he even fixed a knob that was broken and it wasn't apart of the order. The credit card chip reader wasn't working when I went, I had to leave without getting my key copied. I tried many many times in different ways without success. If you have a card that doesn't have a chip you can still swipe it to pay. I don't know how cash would work since you need to do the exact amount but the machine doesn't accept coins and my total was $6.52 or something like that.
