Best HVAC Contractors in Arizona

I couldn't thank these guys enough! We are small and only have the one fridge, luckily they were able to fix it right away. The other company we called was almost double the price for a simple fan motor.

This is less of a review, and more of a character referral. I'm an HVAC tech, I used to work with Aleks years ago before he started South Mountain Air. I don't live in AZ anymore, but when friends and family ask who to call, I still refer them to Aleks, simply because I know he's an honest guy that cares to do the job right. I don't get anything for these referrals, I actually haven't spoken to Aleks in years. But I knew him well enough then that I still trust him to this day.

You may not always get great news when it comes to repairs needed for your A/C, but if the news comes from Aleks, you can trust that it's the truth.

My first experience with Premier Industries is why I will always be a supporter of there's .I first made contact with PI wanting information on there Industrial Coolers. I got a phone # off one of there Coolers I called and was blown away first off the person that answered, answered all my questions then asked me a few things. 2-days later I had Quote on 2-semi custom Stainless Steel Industrial Coolers that I asked for and along with it was every bit of information about the Unit,and on top of that was a second quote for 2 -Cooler he had designed base on the conversation we had on the phone complete with every bit of info you could ever need his design cost less to buy and was more efficient all around better fit more options with controls. When I received e-mail from Premier I was stunned the person that answered phone the person had been helping from phone call to design and still years later is the President of Premier Industries I have been in the HVAC business for 40 years started 1981 Dec. and trust me this company is first class from the top down.

I was astounded when Jackson arrived and brought the tools he needed for the repair. I can say that you trained him to become more competent in the working field. Scheduled Maintenance visit today. My technician Scott Baker gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. He gave me ample notice, as it gave me time to get home. We have 2 units that were due for maintenance. One is about 10 years old and one is 1 year old, both from Scottsdale Air. I am not familiar with what all is involved with the maintenance, however Scott spent a good amount of time on both units and their respective air handlers. When his work was done, he reviewed what he found, answered my multitudinous questions with patience AND what I really appreciated was the extra time he took to rinse the coils off on both units. He said they were dirty, which would likely affect their cooling and efficiency. THAT really resonated with me. Let me tell you why.... because another company used in the past, suggested a coil wash and provided a $$ quote, for next time. It may have been reasonable. I appreciate my technician going the extra mile. That is customer service and I appreciate feeling that I can trust the company I hire, more over the face of the company....their technicians. Thank you Scott Baker.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Excellent service, quick and cheaper than all the others. Simple Home Comfort charged a $50 service call (just to drive out) price tag for the motor replacement/repair $800+. Arizona A/C Man charged $230 for the same amount of work. Saving the number. Thank you Brett!

My AC problem was quickly identified. Before calling Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, I called my home warranty company, and they sent someone who couldn't find the problem. I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly endorse Phoenix AC and Heating Experts and their excellent service.

These guys don't play games, always professional and they have parts others often don't carry. Plus they have a full sheet metal shop.

Jay is a thief. He will tell you anything to get you to work for him and then when it comes time to pay FU.... he comes up with excuses, lies about the job and then back charges bs charges... I agree with the other review JAY is a snake in the grass...... BEWARE OR YOU WILL GET SCREWED!

Hung up when trying to hire them. Guess they don't like new business.
