Sean did a great job on our backyard privacy project.

I contacted Sean, told him I did not want to see the new home that was being built behind the one side of our backyard and he took care of the rest. His passion and attention to detail allowed him to design an all natural solution that combined trees and large bushes and looks completely natural while providing full privacy between our back yard and our new neighbors home.

Sean came over to my home several times during the design phase to make sure his solution would not impact any of our existing mountain and city light views. Sean is so pleasant to work with and I felt like I was able to be involved as much I wanted in the process.

We selected Lone Start based on another referral, and so pleased we did. Chris Cadena and his team delivered a superb backyard patio and landscaping transformation. Chris provided the perfect blend of working with our general objectives, while adding his own influence and detailed design suggestions. We absolutely love the result. His crew was very friendly, clean, professional and efficient, and the outcome a quality job.

Since then, we have not hesitated to contact Chris for his advice and service on any landscaping related matter. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Lone Star.

The work they performed at my property was great. They came and were timely and professional. They cut and trimmed my tall Palm trees and the Mulberry tree also. The price for the service was fair and the trees look great. I plan on using them again.

UPDATE:
They showed up on time, brought everything they needed to get the job done. The finished product looks great. We are VERY happy with how Botanist handled this after an initial misstep. They worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the work and I think that's what a true professional does. I would recommend hiring them.

They came out to look at the job and told me it would be a few days until we got an estimate. I contacted them after a week of not hearing anything and they said it would be 7-10 days. It has now been 21 days and nothing. So unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

They finally sent a quote and it was for the wrong job!! Such incompetence. I don't have much faith that they can make this right. (1 star)

UPDATE: After seeing my reviews they contacted me and sent someone out to look at the job since someone in their organization so obviously dropped the ball. Adam was very apologetic and asked for a chance to make things right. The short of it is, they are starting the work this week and I am happy with their efforts to make amends. I will update again when the work is finished. (3 stars)

Great work today, They worked hard and quickly on our Landscape design and tree removal service ,We will use them again and Would definitely recommend to family and friends, they have great service, attention to detail and excellent affordable prices

The Mist-air team has taken care of my horses and me for over 15 years! Yearly they come out and startup the misting system and take care of any repairs I need. It’s so nice to be able to rely on the same company year after year, with the same expertise and excellent work ethic. Lesa and her family have NEVER left us hanging! They’re very communicative about appointments. My horses are happy campers in our hot summers, and so am I!

The techs assigned to McDowell village were very rude on 4/13. I was eating my lunch outside because it was nice out. The workers came by with leaf blowers and didn't seem to care they were blowing dust and leaves at me while I was sitting on a bench. Not very good service if you ask me.
