Sketchy beware!!

I would not hesitate to recommend True View Windows to anyone. The price was reasonable and the two windows were installed in just a few hours. They also diagnosed what was wrong with the old window (it leaked because the builder never put flashing around the window) and they really were professional. The next day they fixed the stucco around the window and it looks better than new. Very pleased!

We had a great experience using SI Windows to replace some of our old builder grade aluminum windows. We not only love our new windows (they are beautiful!), but the team was knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. Was so nice to know we were in good hands for such a major purchase.

Great staff pluss I work here ?

We had a new home built with Lennar. They are the ones who hired this company. We had to have repairs done to our shower so they had to come out and take off the glass doors and reinstall them. They have not showed up twice now to reinstall the shower doors. We have been without our master shower for over a week. They don’t call to let you know they can’t make it or to reschedule. What a nightmare they are. I will say that the tech that comes out has always been pleasant but I would not hire them because of their poor time management and inability to let people know they can’t make it out.

Everyone is wonderful at Lasting Impressions. We moved into a house where the screens were missing from both sliding doors. We found out the doors were not standard sizes so we contacted Lasting Impressions. Karen was quick to get someone out to measure and order the correct doors for us. Mike was great and even helped me install them properly. Amazing company and people would recommend them to anyone.

The entire process from quote to install was efficient and professional. The end product is absolutely beautiful. So happy with Illumination!
