DO NOT USE! This company has terrible customer service. First I call them, no return call. Then a few days later I fill out the 'request a quote' on their website. NADDA. nothing.

Two weeks later, they saw I posted on line and so they reached out to us asking if they can give us a quote. Chase shows up, does the measurements (nice guy). He says he will send me quote later, so I give him my email address.

I received a text on my cell with an attachment (the quote), I tell Amy I am older and can't read a small phone screen, PLUS, it was my personal cell and the quote was for where i work and so I remind her to please email it. - she says she has no way to email me the quote!! and I never heard back from them. She can't pick up the phone and give me quote over the phone? Guess they don't want our business. it's 2022 and they can't email something or make phone calls?? If this is the type of service they offer , NO THANKS.

Left my misting pump at a competitor and there it sat for two weeks until I called and finally picked it up without them even putting a wrench to it. I found MistAir by chance in an online search and brought my pump directly to them from the last place. I met the owner and he showed me around his workshop to see all the new pumps they were working on. I found his staff to be friendly, courteous and professional; had my pump repaired next day. I highly recommend MistAir.

The Mist-air team has taken care of my horses and me for over 15 years! Yearly they come out and startup the misting system and take care of any repairs I need. It’s so nice to be able to rely on the same company year after year, with the same expertise and excellent work ethic. Lesa and her family have NEVER left us hanging! They’re very communicative about appointments. My horses are happy campers in our hot summers, and so am I!

This is one of the most professional companies we have ever dealt with. We had seen the work they had done in some other locations and were impressed with the power of their misting systems. We wanted a misting system that was done right for our restaurant patio. We did not want to make the mistake of installing an inferior system that constantly clogged up, dripped excessively, etc. We knew we had selected the right company when the installer was careful to measure the height of our patio umbrellas because he wanted to make sure the misters were high enough so that condensation did not drip from umbrellas on to guests. That’s the kind of attention to detail we were looking for. Not only did their representatives show up on time every time they set a time to meet with us, the job was completed exactly as scheduled and exactly for the price quoted. No surprises. We are very happy we chose Mist Air.

I recently moved into a new house that has a misting system. It needed some maintenance work but I had no idea where to start. Dropped the unit at Mistair and have been working with Lisa. She's fantastic. She confirmed nothing was wrong with the unit, gave it tune up and some oil and is getting me set up for summer.

I purchased a new unit at the end of the season in 2016. I had an issue upon the first attempted use of the new season. Liz and the MistAir crew stood behind their product and took care of me. Happy customer!
