Precision Roofing couldn’t have been easier to work with. John's demeanor was pleasant during the estimation process. He was open and honest about his opinions. He was not pushy at all... gave us time to consider and worked with our questions and design ideas. The work was good... all of the workers that came on site were easy to deal with and professional. They went the extra mile in many aspects of the project, which was a pleasant surprise. Workmanship was great and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

Sean and Brian and the crew were 10+ ! Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. And they came and did it before the rain came, they could’ve waited, but he wanted to get the job done so we wouldn’t have to worry about our leaking roof!!! The Roof Medics performed an entire replacement of the underlayment of our tile roof and also replaced the flat roof of our covered back porch. They were very responsive from the initial call for a quote through the end of the job. The crew worked very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well each day. During the process, I called the office with questions and answers were provided quickly. The owner even reached out personally to us to communicate next steps, when needed. The customer service we received from this company is second to none. I whole-heartedly recommend The Roof Medics for any roofing needs.

Back in 2009, we and our neighbors both had an excellent experience with Henry Monzon and Centrik for replacing the underlay of our tile roofs. Great follow up, materials, tips, attention to detail, and clean up. I was looking up their info to refer them to a friend and thought I really needed to leave this review.

They did a complete asphalt roof replacement as contracted. I am very satisfied. The job was completed when they said. The team is a hard working group that produced a fine result. The clean up was complete and meticulous.
