Lone Star did an amazing job on my backyard! I had several estimates and Lone Star was the most reasonable. They made me feel very comfortable with my decision during the entire process. We had them come on Saturday 04/27/2019 and they did an amazing job. Ivan is such a nice guy and did everything we asked them to do. Our yard looks amazing, our palm trees look awesome. We even have them coming once a month for yard care to maintain. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We had a wonderful experience with them. They are very responsive to questions and concerns. They stick to the time frame. They clean up after themselves every day. They complete the job quickly. They are careful to keep the grass and yard protected when using heavy equipment.

I had a vision of the plan and deer valley landscaping knew how to carry it out. They followed up after completing the task which was a very professional gesture.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

And if and when ever something comes up to make them unable to come on your scheduled maintenance service day, which very rarely happens, they call you to let you either know they will be a little late or just cannot make it to your home that day. I truly love the scheduled maintenance service. You always know when they are coming and you never feel in the least bit concerned about the quality of their service. They truly give their customers the VIP service. Really give them a try, you will not regret it. Before finding Victor's Landscaping, I went through numerous landscaper's. I could never count on them to do the job well or even what I asked them to do. I was at my wit's end with it all. They would tell me they would be at my house on certain days and never show or call it was so frustrating, wasting numerous days and no one even called to let me know that they wouldn't make it that day. Do not hire them if you care about your landscaping. Do not hire them if you want healthy trees. They do landscaping for my neighborhood and have done a terrible job in general but especially with our young trees. Many trees have grown over their support wires. They do not bother to trim the trees into a healthy shape for growth, causing them to be deformed and top heavy. They blow over in light rain, it doesn’t even take a monsoon. Then when I asked they prop up a bent over tree after light rain they said no they had to get approval. After a week I contacted the HOA and they said Gothic said the tree needed to be replaced because the root ball was exposed. This was a LIE intended to fraudulently take money from the residents of my neighborhood. There was 0 root exposed. Sickening business practices. If it happened to us, odds are we aren’t the only ones and this isn’t their first rodeo. Stay away.
