I called 5 companies after I had storm damage of a tree in my yard. This company was the only one that responded and quickly I will add and they came over to give me an estimate that day. My tree was at risk if it didn’t come down soon and they made it a priority which I so much appreciated. Their pricing was very fair and they even cut the good parts of my tree so I can burn in my fireplace this winter. The stacked the wood so nicely and everything was cleaned up when I returned home. Anna was responsive to any questions I had and they got here to do the job a day earlier with their super busy schedule. Safety was discussed and I appreciated that because my tree was hanging in a common area of my townhome and they already knew how to safely handle it. It was a GREAT experience when I was expecting price gouging because so many people had damage but not them. I had Phoenix Trim-a-Tree come by and trim my large pine tree in my front yard. They did a phenomenal job trimming and cleaning up in a timely manor. I will definitely be using them again for future work.

Did a good job with my trees preparing them for monsoon. One of my trees recently came down and their crew cleaned it up. Fast and efficient.

The minimum charge is $400 and, for anyone that doesn't want to pay that much, they tell you the number to some guy Victor without a proper company of his own to come work for less.

UPDATE: minimum cost is $600 now.

Fabian was amazing. We had another company cancel on us last minute with no offer to reschedule so we were left to hunt for another tree trimmer and so glad we did. Fabian and his crew showed up to our house within the hour! He explained everything thoroughly and they were done quickly, leaving the yard clean from debris. We will definitely use these guys again. Super reasonable prices too!

Christian has removed a couple trees at my fathers house. He did a excellent job at a extremely complex removal out front by climbing it and sectioning it off into pieces, they fell perfectly and hit the intended spot every time he is a expert with that saw and I recommend his skills to anyone!

I had been a customer for a couple years and all was good (5 stars) until their crew botched trimming my shrubs (4 stars) five days before Thanksgiving. I spoke with Sergio who promised to have them out to fix the trim before Thanksgiving but he never did. He then avoided my calls so I fired him. Bottom line: They were great until they weren't.
