I called 5 companies after I had storm damage of a tree in my yard. This company was the only one that responded and quickly I will add and they came over to give me an estimate that day. My tree was at risk if it didn’t come down soon and they made it a priority which I so much appreciated. Their pricing was very fair and they even cut the good parts of my tree so I can burn in my fireplace this winter. The stacked the wood so nicely and everything was cleaned up when I returned home. Anna was responsive to any questions I had and they got here to do the job a day earlier with their super busy schedule. Safety was discussed and I appreciated that because my tree was hanging in a common area of my townhome and they already knew how to safely handle it. It was a GREAT experience when I was expecting price gouging because so many people had damage but not them. First, second and third inpressions are awesome! Scheduled to be here at 8:00am was here at 7:30, all five guys that was here was curtious, listened and worked extremely hard,safe and fast. We was totally impressed with their work. Took down a fifty foot tree and cleaned up in three hours. Thanks guys you did an amazing job!!!!!! Price was reasonable too!

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair. Had four palm trees clean and trimmed as well as three citrus trees.

Initial request was placed by my husband in regards to a water hammer noise we were having with our back yard irrigation system. When the technician arrived I again went over the issues we were having. Turns out the water hammer issue was not addressed and he replaced everything else but the valve for the hammer noise. We had to have another service call.

We disputed the second $75 service call fee (which we thought was fair) and were paying for the valve replacement and the rest of the invoice. The customer service agent would not back down. Also please note the agent also wanted us to pay our bill before even receiving an invoice.

When getting service from this company ensure your request is in writing. We do not recommend nor will we ever use this company again.

I called this morning and they were there within 2 hours they did a great job and was very reasonable thanks again will use you again for sure
