Best Lawn Care in Phoenix AZ

We are moving into a new house and have sent up pest control with Urban Pest Control in a few weeks. A worker at new house found a wasp nest and Urban was Abe to come within 24 hours. Great service!!

The Cons- My son wanted to use Burns Weed Control to get rid of the weeds in his yard. We have used this service before so we recommended Burns. After calling being put on hold then transferred we spoke with someone who told us he would receive a call no later than 24 hours. 3 days later no call.The Pros- We have a call to Jason our Pest Control guy took down our son's info and within minutes he received a call from the Weed Control guys and an appointment was set. Kudos to Jason. Not only does he go out of his way to satisfy us with your Pest Control Service. He went above and beyond to get my son set up. This is why we stay with Burns. Customer. Service even when it needs a hand. Thank you. Jason. Thank You Burns!

Best Pest control company we have every used!

Our service technician, John was excellent, completely thorough, with stellar customer service skills. He patiently waited until we put our animals away and explained the insect extermination process. We will continue to use Bulwark for our home and rentals, especially if we can retain the services of this technician.

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

My equipment is leaking at the pump (small pin hole in the metal case) and the shroud is cracked. We bought the equipment less than two years ago but have only used it about a dozen times and it has been garage kept. They told me there was nothing they could do about the pin hole as they didn't believe the pump manufacture would cover it. They never bothered to get back to me about the shroud. When I bought it they delayed shipping also. Save yourself some aggravation and buy elsewhere.
