Mountainscapers did a fabulous job completely redoing my backyard patio and plantings, from the design to the installation. Sean had many good ideas and was always responsive during the project. His staff were very professional and courteous and such diligent workers! I could not be more pleased with the final result.

We've used Straight Line a couple of times and they do a phenomenal job. Communication with the project team was outstanding. We received multiple quotes for our front and backyard, and Straight Line was by far the best value.

Property Management hired them and just one guy showed up after Mondays storm. When he saw the tree he said he quoted too little and needed to negotiate a new estimate. Even though they initially underestimated the job, Mike was great, He never was the issue. He got hurt and took care of himself like he should. He called me the next day apologizing profusely that he was yelled at due to the initial review. Apparently the person he reported himself sick to was on leave and manager called me later that they figured out that was the reason. As stated Mike was not the issue. HR dropped the ball. Mike really took responsibility. He came across like a professional. That aside they released a 3 man crew after and it took them 6 hours after the work Mike had put in last Tuesday. The job is mostly done and Michael is getting stump killer on it as promised. The only issue left is that they didn't go into my neighbors yard to haul the branches, but tried to pull them over the brick wall, she did allow them into her yard from her house. All the cinder blocks are still missing, I'll address that with property management as the neighbors side is still a mess.
Which we noticed later in the evening. Management asked if I would update the review. All actual laborers have been great.
Miscommunication happens, but always value your employees. Your employees are you business and they can go somewhere else, just like customers.

Great prices and considerate service. Zee came out to measure for our retaining wall and gave us some wonderful ideas on how best to start landscaping our backyard. Can't wait to see how it turns out!

Not reliable. When I initially setup my consult the time window was sometime on Thursday. I asked them to narrow down to morning or afternoon but then the supervisor only gave me 10 minutes of forewarning when he was heading to my place. It takes me at least 30 minutes to get home from work so I said I wouldn't be there in time. When he asked to go to other appointments and come by later in the afternoon I said okay and drove home from work expecting to meet him. He never called back and he didn't answer when I called him. Thanks for wasting my time.

We had sod installed. Obtaining a quote was easy and pricing reasonable; they were very responsive via both text and email. The crew was on time, and the yard looks great!

Eddie and his team were fast, diligent and reliable. Had an unfinished project that sat for six months and when I found him, he finished it in a couple days—even coming over on a Sunday night and working past dark to keep everything moving. Have already hired him for another project and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

Wow is all we can say. We scheduled an appointment with Corbin to transform our dirt backyard into what we hoped would be paradise. Corbin delivered beyond our hopes. He was patient and listened to our ideas. Corbin left with all ideas and a few days later revisited with us to share the complete design. He incorporated his vision with ours and brought it to life on his computer with 3d images. We couldn’t be more pleased. My new backyard looks amazing. They also finished my sideyards and widened my driveway. The work was extremely professional every step of the way. The work crew is very experienced. And John Foley the main man is very pleasant to work with. I consider my yard project as being very average in size, and some landscape companies turned me down telling me they had larger projects to get to. Big Nick’s also had larger projects than mine on their books but they were very interested in my business from the beginning to end. John knew what would make my yard look great, but he also listened to my visions. Changes as we went were not a problem. As a result of all these things our finished product looks awesome, almost outdoor museum like, yet it also feels like our creation. It turned out even more beautiful than we had imagined.

These guys are great. On time. Reasonable. Honest. Cut my palm trees 6/30/19 and cleaned all the mess out of the pool almost like they never were here. I highly recommend them and they do any yard work you can imagine. I had a great experience with Scottsdale Landscaping Company. They showed up as scheduled. Finished the work of garden landscaping in half their estimated time, and both the work itself and the cleanup were immaculate. Would highly recommend it.

Descendants landscaping did a great job on my backyard!

I called them for an estimate and they were able to come out next day. After booking several estimates The descendants were the best choice for me. They installed my pavers and sod in 2 days and the grass is doing great. We have been staying off of it the first week, as per protocol, but me and my kiddos cannot wait to enjoy our backyard. I highly recommend this company. My neighbors came over to take a look at the work and they booked with the company as well. We were both able to get our backyards landscaped in the span of a week.

The landscapers were nice and respectful. They left my yard clean and gave me a plan on how to care for the sod. Today I received a follow-up call, just to check on how things are going. The company is going to come out to do my first lawn mow, fertilize the sod, and seed for summer grass. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend!

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Victors Landscaping played games with my billing and did a pretty terrible job on a simple front yard cleanup. My opinion of this company is not very positive and I would not recommend this company to any friends or family.

THE WORST !!!!!!!!! Stay away from them at all costs !!!! REALLY !!!!
