We've used urban desert for nearly a year now and I couldn't be happier. Their service is always good, their techs are on time, and the office staff are courteous and prefessional. Would absolutely recommend this company.

My equipment is leaking at the pump (small pin hole in the metal case) and the shroud is cracked. We bought the equipment less than two years ago but have only used it about a dozen times and it has been garage kept. They told me there was nothing they could do about the pin hole as they didn't believe the pump manufacture would cover it. They never bothered to get back to me about the shroud. When I bought it they delayed shipping also. Save yourself some aggravation and buy elsewhere.

Not sure this business even exist. Tried calling numerous times with no success. Left messages on the machine and they never returned my calls. If this is how they treat customers that you must not need the business.
