Best Landscape Design And Construction in Phoenix AZ

I wanted to convert my ugly yard with nothing but right angles to curves and organic shapes. Sean worked with me and converted my concepts and desires into reality. I wanted a curved bar and BBQ - and Mountainscapers came up with a unique design, recommending a shade structure and water feature along with lots of trees and desert tolerant plants (NO CACTUS). Sean was always creative and collaborative recommending improvements to the design and ultimately delivering an environment - no longer just a yard. It's my outside office and a space we now use 10 months out of the year.

I normally never bother to write reviews, but I have to share what was the worst customer service experience I've ever had to warn others of how they may get treated.

In April 2018, I paid in full for Chris to put together plans for my rather large back yard. Contacting him is an extreme pain - do not bother calling their business number as you will get connected with someone who seems like they could care less about your concerns. I emailed Chris roughly 15 times over the past 5 months and called countless times to try to get updates on blown deadlines, which there were 4 of them and countless excuses.

He eventually agreed to come meet at my house to try to right things and talk details of the plan, which came out to be incorrect twice (probably because there was such a long gap between the meeting and when he sent me the next drawing).

Finally in September of 2018, after missing the deadline for the 'final plan' twice, he sends me a drawing with no dimensions, no renderings, no estimates, and no water/power/gas line configurations like I had asked for. When I asked him about it - the drawing is 'to scale'. Now nobody can do any work without converting the plot plans to what a PDF hopefully correctly converts tiny measurements to.

All of this to say, I highly warn anyone who doesn't have money in hand (do not pay in full before the job is done, or this may happen to you too) for a specific job and dimensions ready to go to work with Lone Star. They really need to work on their communication and committing to promises. I am now out almost $2,000 with no workable plan. I am hoping they will now bother to call me and correct this imbalance.

We are so happy with everything and love our front yard more then we thought we would. I highly recommend Straight Line to anyone looking to get their landscaping done. Chris was so great to work with. The workers are amazing. Holly was great with design. Everyone is very patient and wants the homeowner to really love their yard so we really appreciate that! Ground Zero made my yard look amazing! I wanted a fresh look that made me feel good about having friends over and Chad and his crew did an excellent job! He even suggested a few upgrades that still kept me within my budget and added to the overall appearance of my property. My wife and I wanted a front patio with a half wall. We got quotes from a few other places that seemed way too high, then MasterAZscapes came out and gave us a quote for what we wanted which was right on budget. The designer also upsold us on some additional stonework down the side of our driveway to pull the whole front of the house together, which we are very glad we did in retrospect. Very good attention to detail in the stone work. The work was done quickly. I think it took 6 days total from digging out the trench for the wall to packing up, and that includes about 2 days of being rained out (the poor guys had to lay brick in a mud pit lol). Still, it came out gorgeous and the company was always touching base with us to update us on work or ask our opinion on things. We felt very well taken care of with these folks and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an outdoor remodel.

Outside Living Concepts did an excellent job on our place. They did everything we asked, were on time, professional and the quality of work was pristine. Highly recommend, 10/10.

I hired Landscaping Authority about 5 years ago for a rental house in Tempe since then our tenants are happy with the regular maintenance service since then I don’t get any yard related notices . Very happy with them.

Excellent experience with Ivan! Honest and explained in detail our watering system, plants and maintenance. Very responsive, professional and honors his commitments which was a big hurdle for me! Highly reommend!

We had a wonderful experience with them. They are very responsive to questions and concerns. They stick to the time frame. They clean up after themselves every day. They complete the job quickly. They are careful to keep the grass and yard protected when using heavy equipment.

There were a couple mishaps but they did fix them all. I love how my back yard looks now.

You guys don’t pay attention. That common area in our neighborhood is always flooded with water. It hasn’t rained in at least 10 days. The families in this community can’t use the common areas because of to much water. Get it together!!! 17st and grovers.

The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.
