We cannot be more happy with the final results of the remodel of our backyard completed by Lone Star Landscaping. The detail in installation of stone, firepit, planter, turf and travertine tile was excellent. Corners and edges are clean and straight, surfaces are level, and hardscape around pool really came out better than expected. The crew was always friendly and respectful of our home and space. Our 13 year old yard now looks up to date and enjoyable again. Thank you Tony and crew for renewing our yard and creating a new space again.

Maybe it's because we are in Buckeye. Maybe it's because it's a smaller job or maybe it's just poor communication within the company but we were told it would be 6-8 weeks for them to start our yard and we are going on week 10 and they keep pushing us back. We didn't hear anything from them for 9 weeks and it took me calling them to finally get an answer. I was told work would start last Wednesday, that didn't happen! Then I was told work would start today, just got a call and they have now said work will start on Wednesday. It's not like this is a surprise job! We signed the contract 2 and a half months ago! They had 2 and a half months to order supplies and get a crew ready. If our project was an inconvenience then they shouldn't have said they would do it!

Update: They finally had a crew out to start the project on Tuesday. They were here Tuesday and Wednesday. No crew Thursday or Friday. We were told a crew would be here at 630am this morning (Saturday) and it's now 930am and I had to call them to find out that they are not coming today but will supposedly be here on Monday. Communication is horrible! Zero customer service!

Requested a quote. Received a long email explaining their minimum project size is $10k and if I was willing to spend that then I could call to schedule a consult. I did and got a long talking to about how landscaping costs money, clients don’t usually understand the costs involved, etc. It was just shy of insulting because you already prefaced that in an email. I tried to explain that I have done some research and had a quote from 9 months ago that was high but my concept changed and I didn’t have wholistic design. The owner sounded bitter that he does so many quotes and people change their minds. Why offer free quotes and then treat every potential customer like they are going to waste your time? At the point I was almost annoyed he said he’d have his guy contact me about the project. Never heard from him. No follow up.

I signed with someone who is excited to beautify an ugly urban patio of a historic home in a historic district. He never mentioned a minimum. Cost will be 25k.

Had them come out and bid on a tree trimming service in front of my house. Met with Nick and he was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable with him and didn’t feel like I was getting “scammed.” Would highly recommend Big Nick’s for anyone that values honesty and work that’s done right.

Landscapers Phoenix designs are stellar. In addition, the team is professional and thorough. This is consistent for the designers, the office staff, and the installation crews.

I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. I look forward to working with them again! We have been in the Valley since 1999 and Team Century West started out with a bang.

It was almost like our property was their property. Trust us that they addressed nooks around the home where others either glossed over or never addressed.

Hoping this will continue as due to C-19, we witnessed their efforts. They even raked, although like most, the Crew rely on far too much use of their gas blowers.

That said, Century West & Team Ivan are a welcome change to what most of us have become accustomed to with these fly by the seat companies.

The people aren't nice and polite it's a really good place to work

Sergio and his crew tackled a yard untended during the coronavirus which had sprouted huge weeds with deep roots. They answered immediately, came on time and did an amazing job. Was like a brand new backyard. The crew worked super hard and fast making this property shine. I have already asked for a bid on further work. Can not recommend this company more positively.

It's the best place to work at everyone is very nice and hard working.

They don't care about the community there main office is because there is a noise ordinance and people still making loud noises starting at 6am with loud radios and now loud leaf blowers and it's not even 7 yet I have talked to them before and they dont get the message guess calling the police will work from now on till you get kicked out you don't care about the people that live around your main office

The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.
