Called Todd to open a lock at a storage unit I have and lost the key. He was punctual (actually early!) professional and had a great sense of humor. Phillip was the locksmith that helped me out. I know how expensive this could get and called Phillip! He said he would be there at 10. I locked myself out leaving for work in the morning so a pretty stressful start to my day. I debated calling a locksmith because I knew how expensive it can get. But finally gave them a call. I made an appointment for ten PM. I ended up getting out a little later, and my phone died. Now I was nervous that I missed my appointment and wont be able to get into my house. Phillip locksmith of the year was nice enough to stick around for me. Thank you Phillip you made a crappy day 110% better and your speed and customer service made it worth the money I spent. I was going to a friends house and when I got close I got a Barros pizza and for whatever reason I set my F-150 keys on my center console and got out and hit the door lock button and (you can figure it out from there) in the late afternoon/early evening (Monday/rush hour) at Dove Valley and I 17 area nowhere close to my house. Well that’s when I GOOGLED Locksmith near me and found this first on list and called the number. Young lady asked me a couple questions and then said I would get a call from the Locksmith shortly. 5 minutes later I gave
