Broken service dates, promises unkept, numerous messages not returned. Courteous staff but very disorganized. A great company that has fallen from the customer oriented group that it once was. Go someplace else unless you are willing to put up with ineffectiveness.

Update: They did come back. Drew Ramjas did an admirable job of fixing the problem, assisted from the office manager. I am happy to upgrade the rating from 1 star to 4. If the job had been handled this way from the beginning things would have gone a lot more smoothly with no waiting around for no shows, or callbacks. Thanks to Anderson Lock and Safe.

AMAZING! the staff have been so helpful and supportive. We had an unnamed company take my moms keys stollen from her. Advance was able to come out and redo the locks and reprogram her car. 4 days later who ever has her keys tried to come steal her car. And trashed it when they realized it had been rekeyed and reprogramed. Advance came back out and put her ignition back together, and made her car lockable again. Will recommend them to everyone, and will always be this familys first choice.

When your key fob breaks...getting a replacement is such a headache. The dealership charges $150 or more just for programming the key fob. Plus you have to make an appointment and sit around for hours. Drew had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. For no where near what the dealership charges.

Lost my little mailbox key and didn't have spare. Called Nick and he gave me a quick estimate right over the phone, which I agreed to, and he was at my house and done within 90 minutes! Cheaper than getting a new mailbox and easier than drilling the lock out myself and finding the right size replacement. Gladly pay for such fast friendly service.

Very surprised to see high reviews for their service but received very rude and poor customer service from them.

Jeff is the only locksmith that I will use and refer out to all of my friends and family. Not only did he help me in a time of panic but he was so honest with me he even helped me so that my insurance company would reimburse me for part of the costs. Truly a one of a kind!!! Word of advice DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE CALL J&J LOCKSMITH AND YOU WILL BE AS HAPPY AS I WAS!

When I lost my car keys that day, he quickly rushed out to assist me. He could program and cut me new keys, and he cost me a fair fee. We strongly advise contacting them if you require keys!

locked my keys in my truck(which i never do) called these guys, they were there in twenty minutes, opened my truck with no damage, very professional and reasonably priced. i will call them again if it ever happens again

Not good at all. I called Metro and spoke with a very pleasant women Lori, i couldn't get my safe open and told her i was going away on Saturday and desperately needed my passport out of the safe,she said she could get some one out there same day to get it open, i asked her what the charge would be, she told me 150.00 i said great send him. I got a voice mail about an hour after i talked to her and she said she could not get someone out to my location, however, promises to have someone out the following day if that would be ok, I again explained the urgency of my situation and asked if she was sure ,she replied yes between 10 & 12, she was very nice and insured me that they would get it open and if they did not there would be no charge, i said ok. I was waiting that day it was around 11:00 and i got a call who identified himself as the manager of Metro and he told me that i was given the wrong information and now the charge was to be 400 dollars or they are not coming. No apology for the mis- information i was given, no 10, 20, or 30 % discount, no we will honor that rate ,nothing! The only thing this guy was, he was absolutely rude and no customer svc skills whatsoever, so ok i wasted 2 days now on a time sensitive matter because i called Metro, i told him that his customer svc skills needed some work and that i was going to write a very bad review. His reply was ok, i also told him since he was the manager i was going to share with the owner his treatment of my situation. I did this because I have been self employed with employees my whole life and if someone was possibly ruining my business i would very much like to be made aware. He said ok. I would not recommend this service and would not even trust a company that operates like this in my home.
