Broken service dates, promises unkept, numerous messages not returned. Courteous staff but very disorganized. A great company that has fallen from the customer oriented group that it once was. Go someplace else unless you are willing to put up with ineffectiveness.

Update: They did come back. Drew Ramjas did an admirable job of fixing the problem, assisted from the office manager. I am happy to upgrade the rating from 1 star to 4. If the job had been handled this way from the beginning things would have gone a lot more smoothly with no waiting around for no shows, or callbacks. Thanks to Anderson Lock and Safe.

After being to the dealership and a different garage and being told it was going to cost a lot of money just to do a diagnosis for a keyfob not working I called this place. Patrick was very responsive and knowledgeable. First thing he did was to scan the keyfobs if they were even transmitting any signals. Turned out I had placed the batteries upside down! No cost to me and a very honest and simple solution from Patrick. I recommend going here first before anywhere else! My place to go if I have trouble with any kind of keys!

Call ANYWHERE but here. They will take advantage of your situation and rob you for every single penny you have left in your wallet. This was so upsetting, I was actually brought to tears. I would have been better off breaking my window

Metro Lock did a good job replacing a old lock on an Arcadia door that needed a key from the outside. They were persistent on finding the outdated part and repaired it beautifully. I took off one star because I thought the communication could have been a bit better as I had to initiate calls for followup but they always responded when I did. As a property manager I will no doubt need key or lock services at some point in the future and I will call them again.
