I locked my keys in my home and had a Dr. appointment and that I should be done and back home by a certain time. They said no problem and about 20 minutes before the time I said and said they were on the way. They were there at the time I said, let me in to my home. Great people and I hope I never need a locksmith again but if I do they’ll be the ones I’ll call. Thank you.

Have used Nick a couple of times now ....of course not because I wanted to...lol...locked keys in the car was the first ....he picked up the phone after hours and met up with me in 30 minutes ...great professional experience ...second was more unique...needed him to meet my neighbor at my house to pick my front door lock (pet sitter AWOL while on vacation)....arrived at the agreed time 6am....helped resolve the situation ....and waited until I arrived back in town to settle up...thanks for the great service...highly recommended

Needed a new key for my 2019 Dodge Ram, Ori was very helpful and had the key programmed in minutes! He even checked the key I bought online to ensure it was compatible and not already used on another vehicle (it wasn't). Would definitely come back!

Answered the phone at 2:30am, was there within 30 minutes, had my vehicle unlocked in 10. I would call them 1st next time, but I hope there isn't a next time.
