I was down in the Avondale, Goodyear area and had just finished helping some friends move into a new apartment. When I tried to unlock my car door to leave, it got stuck; and there I was in 115 degree weather at about 5 in the evening.

I have a 2010 non automatic-lock Honda Civic. I called 2 other lock smiths who could not help me, but then was referred to Corey. I called him, he showed up within 20 minutes, and was very friendly as well as informative in terms of what the problem could be.

15 minutes later, my key was out of the socket, and I was on my way. The whole ordeal was very quick and much less stressful than I had thought it would be.

The directory person knew nothing about their locksmiths. Called ok I'll have a locksmith call you.. 30 - 45 minutes later no call. Called back,just stay by your phone. Okay they finally called me! Were very short with me. I don't do that I'll pass you on to someone who specializes..

Another waiting period ?? Guy calls, oh no I don't do that. The lady from directory texted me, we cannot fix!.

Went home and looked it up on YouTube but, didn't show how to get lock out of door to clean it up.

That happened with another directory also.
