5 star all around! You call Flat Rate Locksmith and you don't just get all of your locks fixed, installed, replaced etc... but you get amazing service with it too! And more
These guys really do rock!
But specifically Tommy was the who fulfilled my ticket.
First, the company gave me a quote, that unfortunately I could not pay at the time.
Tommy called me anyhow, as the ticket was already set in motion.
He worked with me and charged $150.00, for two keys, AND the remote.
I wasn't even expecting a key door remote those can be hard to find and expensive.

It took approximately 40 minutes, max.
I never leave a 5 star review, but this one also gets an;

They were awesome helping me to get into my car. I explained my situation and the were willing to work with me. It was after 5pm and they showed up within 15 mins. Arie was very professional and was able to get me back on the road in 10 minutes. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Quick service, and cheaper than going to the dealer! I don't plan on losing my key fob again, but if I do, I know to call Flat Rate Locksmith.
Bo was excellent. I called at 8:45AM and they were able to set me with with a new deadbolt at 11:00. Service was fast, efficient and friendly.

Lost my keys to my truck and read several articles saying I would have to get the truck towed to the dealership to get the new keys programmed. I had purchased 2 programmable keys off Amazon that had great reviews and had a chipless key that would not start the engine without the chip, only good for doors and unlocking the transmission. Bo came to the house, so I did NOT have to get my truck to the dealership, and he cut the keys ON SITE, and programmed BOTH new keys for $160 ALL inclusive! VERY pleased!!! Thank you!!!
