Third time's a charm!!
After going through two other locksmiths, and nothing was getting done... including returning emails and calls as promised, these guys at North Valley have been the best. From rekeying the restaurant, fixing lock issues, and helping us with our new residence, and having amazing communication, David and his guys 100% earned our business as long as we live in Arizona. I was run off the road by a work truck that would not let me merge in front of him, so I sped up and merged in front of the car in front of him only to be subjected to a road rage incident that ended with the driver/employee pulling out a gun and pointing it at my pregnant wife and me. When I called the office to inform them of their employees actions the owner condoned the whole thing and insinuated that I caused it without even looking into it
I needed to replace the locks at my business so I called North Valley Locksmith. I spoke with David and he sent someone out to my office within a couple hours. My technician Wade had all my locks replaced and new keys made within 30 minutes. Their service was excellent and fair pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I needed all the locks in a home rekeyed with a master lock. Wade was quick to respond and fit my schedule. He went above and beyond helping me get the new house all set up. 10/10 would recommend!

Very prompt and Honest. We had Dave from North Valley Locksmith fix our broken door handle and replace it with a new one for very reasonable price at our office. I had him change the lock on my Motorcycle and ATV and had a very smooth process. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Its was a pleasant surprise to find a good, honest and reasonably priced Locksmith all in one package.

They did a great job. I got an accurate range for the estimate over the phone, and the final price was actually under what they quoted. The locksmith was friendly and got the job done pretty fast. He didn't try to sell me more services than I needed, and did great at explaining my option to simply re-key instead of changing all the locks. Other people I called didn't even give me that option.

I locked myself out of my house (yes super embarrassing) I was expecting dinner guests and had just returned from the grocery store. I had so many perishable items in my car. I called North Valley Locksmith. Dave came out and was able to get me quickly back inside with my groceries! I have never had to use a locksmith before and had no idea who to call. I was so lucky to have found this company. Not only did they come to my rescue in record time, the price was extremely reasonable! He could have really taken advantage of me and he did not! David was awesome, prompt and has a great personality. His service fee was more than most but I had heard great reviews about his company. He only had to shave down the lock hole and checked to see if some screws were tight. All was fine. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes and much of that was idle chit chat. I was surprised when he said that would cost and extra $20, when his service fee was already high. It was a bummer. My door is fixed but I don’t know if I would use him again?!? I would probably check out some others first.
North Valley Locksmith helped me when I locked myself out of my truck. David arrived quickly, he was very friendly. Great company to work with and the price was great. Will use them again soon to install a safe that we discussed while unlocking my truck.

We were having trouble getting our office door to unlock and lock, so we called North Valley Locksmith to get some insight. Dave arrived promptly and took a quick look at the lock. The next thing I knew, he was standing at my desk saying he was done and that the lock worked as good as new. He was efficient, professional and reasonable in his pricing. I would recommend him to any business or home owner in the valley as he is reliable and great to work with :).

On vacation in Scottsdale, locked the car keys in the rental and did not opt for the additional coverage the rental comp suggested. Called NV Locksmith, arrived and had the car unlocked in less then 30 mins. Very reasonable pricing and they extend a veterans discount. Very happy with the service.

I wouldn't use this company if they paid me. I've sat here in an air-conditioned business with this professional taking what seems like forever with the door proved open in 100° heat to install weather stripping. Leaving the door proped open while talking on the phone at least 2 times. Unprofessional is an understatement
Needed to get a key made and when I was out and about I saw a North Valley Locksmith truck so I stopped and asked the Driver if he would make me a key. He said Yep, no problem and just like that I had a new key to my residence made. Great Service, nice and friendly. FYI, and the key work with no issues.

Overall a great experience getting my house re-keyed! One of my locks had to be specially ordered, and the part was ordered and installed within the week of the initial rekey. Service was quick and we’ve had no issues with our locks at all.
Being in a partnership responsible for multiple new locations for a large company selling expensive inventory, I can say the most important thing I look for in a locksmith is trust on all levels. David not only answers his phone right away, gives straight answers and displays utmost professionalism, he also does whatever it takes to make sure the job is done right, exactly as you want it, on time and at a very affordable price. It was great to deal with a professional! Takes pride in his work! Replaced my deadbolt, even took time to tweek a few things so it would work better, & cleaned up. Will call for all future lock needs! Couldn't be happier!
I called North Valley Locksmith because I was having issues with several keys not working in my locks and was incredibly pleased with the service. Not only did someone come out on time, but he worked very hard to fix my issues. I ended up having to replace three locks and re-keying others, but I was involved in the whole process. He showed me the problems with each lock and at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. He also had to fix the door jamb where a prior strike plate was incorrectly installed and really paid attention to how the lock worked and how it looked. He worked so hard to make sure that everything was as perfect as could be. Friendly, professional, fantastic service. I was impressed with the efforts put in on my behalf and I will definitely use North Valley Locksmith in the future.

The keypad lock on my business door was sticking. I called David and within a couple of hours, he was there and fixed the issue in a jiffy. Thanks so much for the impeccable service and professionalism!
I’ve used David numerous times to try to fix what a builder tried to do but had no clue. David was prompt, fair and diligent. I also had occasion to use him to rekey a lock after the builder (it seems) tried to break into my garage after abandoning the project. Again, David was prompt and diligent.

David Kamber is honest, skilled and his prices are extremely reasonable. Another locksmith recommended him to me - when he couldn't solve my problem. David even bought a new tool to help me (at no charge to me). He's your guy.
David Kamber was fifteen minutes early. He immediately knew what the problem was with my front door lock. I also wanted to update the lock on the garage access door to the house and be able to use the same key.
Dave had all the equipment to get the job done, including the new lock for the door to the garage. The lock on the front door was mounted incorrectly and he was able correct that issue. I ask him to make two additional keys which he was also capable to do in his truck.
He was neat and polite and a dog lover which our Buddy appreciated.
Honest! Not only keys and re-keys locks, Mr. Lambert also problem solves security issues and refers clients to other reputable professionals in the security industry when he is unable to handle a matter.
Mr Kamber is PERSONALLY A.I.O.A. Certified. Be cautious when calling a locksmith who represents those credentials! Usually that means the owner of the company is certified but field technicians may not be certified.
North Valley Locksmith responds to calls within an hour and books appointments according to the sense of urgency.
David can fix anything!! We have used him time and time again for our business and personal lock needs and he is always prompt with a response and always gets the problems fixed!! I trust him and highly reccomend him!!
As a Realtor I need a locksmith I can count on and is very good and priced good. North Valley is the best and I’ve been using them for 8 years and would not use anyone else.

Our mail boxes for our street had been damaged by someone. North Valley helps us to get the boxes back in production. They were quick and supportive. Will use them again.
Very knowledgable! Great prices. I called him last minute and he came right over. When he arrived we realized it was going to take a lot longer, yet he had no problem working late and making sure everything was perfect.
