Was extremely rude, service desk didn't specify price. When he got to the car wanted $200 to unlock car when the keys were just inside the car. I was on the phone with the rental insurance he refused to wait to see if they would cover then demanded to be paid $30 cancellation fee, told him my wallet was in the car, started calling someone and drove off. Absolute scam and rip off. Not sure if he tried to take advantage since I was a girl, but it was utter nonsense. Called another locksmith and it only costed $50. He was completely unprofessional, wasn't wearing any sort of company uniform or in a company car.

Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.

Millennium Locksmith changed out my home locks about 5 week ago, last night when i back home my front door lock didn't work, so i called to Millennium Locksmith to get it fix, the locksmith arrived quickly, got the door open and replace the lock for free. That was an excellent customer service, the two locksmiths was professionals and friendly, i will call Millennium Locksmith again at every time i will need a locksmith service and i will strongly recommend them for anyone who need a locksmith.
