Outstanding service!! I moved from state to state and the worst happened. I misplaced my keys to my vehicle. I was already stressed being in the middle of my move, but when I called DNA Automotive Locksmiths, Allen said he was able to come out same day! He was professional and super knowledgeable of what I needed. Thank you Allen for helping me. I made it to my destination on time because you committed to the time I was asking! And that was going beyond customer's expectation. I highly recommend DNA Automotive Locksmiths to everyone! I will surely use them again.

I misplaced the key to my vehicle. I called DNA Automotive Locksmith to replace my key. When I called and explained how much the dealership want to charge me, they explained they would be able to come out that day and make a new key at my residence. I was very impressed with the fast, professional and reasonable price. These guys are amazing and I would reuse them again.

I would Most Definitely recommend this service to anyone That has any problems with a lock out or key services. He is an amazing person. He got here to help me out with my car lockout any timely matter. Very courteous. Responds immediately. And his prices are better than anyone else. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately I had misplaced or lost the only key I had to my car.
I called the dealership who wanted me to have my vehicle towed to their shop ($$$$$) and they would glady make me a duplicate key to the tune of over $200. plus the cost to program the key. ($$$$)
I called DNA and had the pleasure of speaking with Allen.
He not only came to my home and replaced my key, charged me so much less than the dealership. No towing, supplied personalized service and was the nicest and most experienced and knowledgeable locksmith I have ever dealt with. I will recommend DNA to everyone I know.

These guys are awesome! Derek is the most knowledgeable automotive locksmith I've known - can't believe how complicated new cars are - WAY beyond just cutting a key in many cases. Give 'em a call for outstanding service.

My keys were taken and not returned. As a security measure I decided to call and see what my options were. Allen offered to make a new key and program it to work. Or make two new keys which would allow previous key to be disabled and both new keys the only keys to work on vehicle. This is the route I chose. The work was completed in a timely manner. Everything works as it should. I would highly recommend them as a first call.

I love this Company! Allen was patient and by far had the best prices when it came to unlocking my car and making a key again for me, due to unfortunate theft of my old keys!!! I APPRECIATE THIS SERVICE 100% and will be using them from here on out if any trouble comes. Thank you Allen!!

I’ve used DNA 2x now to get a duplicate key for my ‘15 4Runner and ‘17 Civic Ex. Allen was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable in the automotive locksmith business as evident by the final product he produces. I’ve never been so impressed with a locksmith service. Thank you DNA!

WOW THE REAL DEAL. I don't have time to go to the dealership. Allen scheduled an appointment at my office to replace my key. He was prompt, on time and cheaper than the dealer to replace my key fob. All expectations were clearly communicated. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone in the Greater Phoenix area.
