Advanced Lock is the vendor that AAA set me up with after they couldn’t retrieve my keys that I locked in the trunk of my car. - no fault of AAA - I hit lock on the key fob prior to closing my trunk. AAA called Advance Lock for me - and I was given a pretty reasonable quote. The locksmith called me right away to schedule an appt for the next morning - as it was getting late. Patrick also understood the mechanics of my car and explained that BMW’s are like Fort Knox once you try to gain access without having the key. The technician, Berrett, called /texted his eta exactly when they said they would. He arrived on time and got the keys out quickly and painlessly, in addition to resetting the BMW security system. Berrett explained the AAA claim form for reimbursement and was friendly and very professional. I won’t hesitate to call Advanced Lock in the future if I need a reputable and knowledgeable locksmith. I will most likely call them for business locksmith needs in the future as well, as our company locksmith contact is sometimes booked out. They made a stressful situation stressless.

Great Great Great Service!!! Not only was Cory very professional, he went above and beyond changing 8 locks in our rental property. I was about 40 minutes away from the property at my daughters first kindergarten class party and I mistakenly took the keys he needed before he showed up. I felt terrible having to pull my daughter away from her party after she was extremely excited, however Cory was VERY kind and worked with what he could. Great news: my daughter was able to enjoy her party and we were able to catch him before he left the property. Allowing my 5 year old to yell out a BIG thank you from our car window :)
