Steve is the best! I called on a Saturday morning because I washed my bf's truck key the night before. He was at my house in under 3 hours, replaced & programmed 2 keys, and beat his competitors pricing by 25% (I called 4 different places that were open). I didn't have any techs calling me from his company trying to upsale or offer deals after the initial quote (like another company did); and, there was no service fee, just the flat quoted rate.
