Our dog was locked in a room with the lock broken. We called this company and they quoted us 25 dollars service fee and $45 to break the lock. When their locksmith arrived, he said their fee was $199 for breaking the lock which took 30 seconds! When asked about the quote, he said that was just the minimum!

These guys are deceptive and con artists. Avoid them like a plague.

It turned out to be a really easy fix and so the tech was in and out real fast. He was friendly, put up with my young children watching him work, and diagnosed the issue quickly. Hated paying $80 for ten minutes work but such is life.
