We were locked out of our house late at nigh,t having gone out for a late night walk. We called Johnny Locksmith (thank God for cell phones) and actually got to speak to a person. We got an over the phone flat rate and the locksmith, Gabe, was at our house in 15 minutes or less. He was professional, compassionate and, most importantly, a good locksmith. He got our door open and us back in our home quickly. A lot of companies would have taken us for a ride, because of the hour and the inconvenience, but Johnny Locksmith did not. Highly recommended. Good people!!

Horrible. Don't call. They butchered my back door moving the door handle to a pool safe level. Worthless company - avoid and call someone else.

The owner immediately started giving excuses for the horrible workmanship.

They are dishonest - do NOT use st any cost.

My guys Mike and Brian were awesome! I called all around the valley to get my safe moved into my home from the carport and these guys were the only ones that could handle the job because of the stairs and the weight of the safe (1000 lbs)! Alon came out to my house after I locked myself out. He arrived about 35 minutes after I called him, which was perfect. Very prompt.

I had discussed getting in through the front door, which had a deadbolt, standard key lock, and a chain for extra security. Upon arrival, Alon found it easier to get in through the garage, and that wouldn't require new locks or any cutting of my door chain. Within 5 minutes or starting, Alon got my garage open and I was back inside my home.

Alon was a lifesaver and within an hour of calling him, I was back in my home (his commute over to my house + actual work was less than an hour in total).

I've saved his number in case I have to use his services again. Price was pretty reasonable as well - considering it was 8pm and on a holiday weekend.

These people are very ethical and honest. I contacted them regarding a questionable breach during a showing of our home. Not only did Jeff verify the breach in verbal and written detail he also confirmed that the people lied about how they gained access to a secured area during the showing. He even took measurements on a key to prove his point as fact. I didnt know you could do that. Very happy I would reccommend.

Xavier was on time and persistent/diligent in working with a door lock system that he had never seen before. The lock system was also somewhat uncooperative. He worked systematically to achieve success.
