tried to get them to remove a keypad lock at our business and they could not figure it out, so what was quoted to be a $55 service call + $50 to remove the old lock turned into grinding the lock off the door for a total of $205. I feel taken advantage of.

I called Todd needing a key made for a car that was going to my nephew. I had made a few calls to a couple other auto locksmith companies and ironically, two of them referred me to Todd. I had not seen the car before and was told it was a 1989, which later I found out in person it was actually a 1998 on the title. Despite Todd's work truck being in the shop for repairs, he still came out at the appt time on time. When he got to the house with the car, it turns out there actually was a key for it but was not programmed. Todd was honest about the key when I didn't know there was one and only charged me for reprogramming. Thanks for being a stand up guy. Great service, on time, and really nice and honest guy!

Stellar customer service. The tech not only provided timely communication but he worked with me based on my tight schedule. Being a delivery driver for FedEx my time was limited. He offered practical options which worked out great. He got to my place before me and installed a new lock for my mailbox. Beforehand he did mention it could take 3 minutes or worst case scenario the drill bit could break causing it to take a lot longer. Happily everything worked out great and it only took maybe 10 minutes. As he handed me the keys I could tell he was also pleased it all worked out great! Definitely recommend using A1 for your key situations.
