I verified the price and advised that the office was closed for the week and that I couldn't get pictures. The following Monday I received a call I quoting about the pictures. I advised that due to having been in contact with COVID we were still closed. The rep asked that I drove to the office and get pictures because the tech forgot to get them. I stated that they would need to re-send the tech out for pictures if they needed them because I wasn't headed back to the office anytime soon. The rep pressed the issue making it my responsibility to provide the pictures when I stopped him and advised that I did my pet when I paid. He then hung up on me. Very unprofessional and discourteous to a loyal customer. I will not use them again.

This company will lie to you. I called and was told it would cost $19 for a technician to visit my home. When the technician came he said his visit will cost $29. I told him I was quoted on the phone $19. He ignored it. I did not take the man’s name who quoted the $19 but I told the technician he was an older gentleman. I know I did not hear wrong “twenty nine” sounds much different than “nineteen”. There was no mistake. I could tell the technician knew I was speaking the truth, but he would not leave until he got $29. He did no work on our lock for he claimed he could not help us and our only option was to pay him $200 to drill the lock. I drilled it myself in 5 minutes for free. This company is a total rip off. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

I called to see if i could get a spare key cut for me. I have the original, and on his advertisement he displays a bunch of vehicle blanks, and one of them appear to be the blank I needed. So when I asked him if he could cut it a spare key for me his response was no I don’t do that and hung up on me. Had no idea what vehicle I own and was extremely rude. So that leaves me with two conclusions. One being he doesn’t really have that inventory a Blank keys. So he’s falsely promoting himself. Or my second conclusion would be the job just wasn’t big enough or worth his time. Either one of those falls into the category of bad business ethics. So I will never attempt to use him again, and use my experience as a warning as to what might come along with service or lack of service he provides.

Terrible business, called them out to repair our lock. First guy couldn't do the job charged us money for nothing. Said he would have his brother call us cuz his brother is more knowledgeable we said ok. Never heard back at all called 3 times to follow up. Customer service rep said they cant do the job so find someone else. Will never use or recommend this company again.

Charged my girlfriend nearly $200 to open her car she had locked her keys in. $39 for service call, $45 for labor and then $100 for long reach tool. I have never paid more than $100 for this service. WAY overpriced. Would have been cheaper to smash the window and replace from a junkyard.

Outrageously priced. Called to have an old truck key made and was quoted $120! Went to Ace Hardware and had it made for $3!

Bait and switch. 19 bucks plus another 19 bucks quote. Charged me 200 dollars to replace one cylinder in fifteen minutes.
