AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can’t say enough about this business. They really got my out of a bind quickly. I have a Toyota with a chip system. The dealership wanted over $500 to reprogram a new key. Alcatraz was able to do it for a very reasonable price and went directly to my vehicle, so no hassle with booking appts and getting the vehicle to the dealership. Such prompt service too. It is rare to find such great customer service and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

And on my day off, I called your locksmith. He told me about locks that could replace the ones we have now. We chose one.
