They had #VINTAGE Theo Bargman parts to repair my travel trailer's L66 handle AND they made keys for my hatch latch - which I was without!

This place has wonderful helpers that take the time to explain things to you. And when they explained different things to me they not only saved me a bunch of money, they also gained a bunch of business from me, both of which I did not originally plan. They also have the old school locksmith skills that allowed them to make a key for an old padlock that did not have a key which also saved me a bunch of money, time, and aggravation! Thanks guys!

Terrible business, called them out to repair our lock. First guy couldn't do the job charged us money for nothing. Said he would have his brother call us cuz his brother is more knowledgeable we said ok. Never heard back at all called 3 times to follow up. Customer service rep said they cant do the job so find someone else. Will never use or recommend this company again.

Copying a key should be simple. I went to Home Depot and they couldn’t copy a key. Go figure. I searched and found a local shop and they were open so I raced over there and brought them my dilemma. Within minutes I had a duplicate key and all was good in my world. Don’t discount the small local guy. The service and speed of service was world class. Go to these guys first before you feed a big chain store. The Home Depot guy had no personality and was rude to several people in front of me. I thought of walking out but didn’t. Big regret. Take my word for it, go to the small local guy before you deal with people who don’t give a rat’s a$$ about you.
