Todd is amazing, knowledgeable and professional. I had two transponder keys and neither worked. He was totally booked that day and was not able to come to me. That didn't stop him from helping. He would call me when he was driving between jobs. After several phone calls back and forth between us, he walked me through how to program them. This in spite of the fact that the instructions I got to program them from the manufacturer was wrong.

Total A Hole, called in to see what he could do and he said that he could try, but had to charge me an hourly fee for trying. They also don't do installs of keyless entry or push button starts. Also he hung up on me.

Needed a key made for my Yamaha 350 Moto 4 quad. The locksmith was awesome! I brought my quad on my trailer, to his residence, and within 15 to 20 minutes he made my key from scratch. Only $50. Our custom made front door (steel and screen) came out perfect. Being an original, it took a few weeks, but came out beautiful and keyed to our master system. Very pleased.

AWESOME! A bit pricey, paying about 10% more than you should - so if you can shop around ... It's a little hard to figure out when copying a card to a key - so read the directions twice and fast before it times you out. Other than that great service that many just don't know about.

This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

Was shocked to find A machine. I’ve seen these before walking out of Walmart but never thought I would use one. Very user-friendly and straightforward. Like the fact that you have options and able to Fingerprint image so all you have to do next time when you need to key is put your finger on. Great technology totally recommend.
