Called Friday 11 am to get help, the guy said a tech will call me back in five minutes, at 5pm I again called back and they told me the tech will call me in five minutes, I told them they were fired.

Wasn’t able to fix my lock because it was broken. Super honest

I locked my keys in my car in Phoenix and called Arizona locksmith out here. They were here in less than 15 minutes. They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. The prices were very fair! Thanks so much!

Mordy installed new locks on our security front door today and we are so thankful that he did this so rapidly! It looked like someone had been tampering with our lock so I called West Valley Locksmiths today and Mike , thank you very much for scheduling our lock repair for today… the sooner the better.

Called Todd to open a lock at a storage unit I have and lost the key. He was punctual (actually early!) professional and had a great sense of humor. Got it open and finished in about 15 minutes as the lock was a bith challenging. Would definitely recommend and will use his services again. Thanks Todd!

Mario was able to get my key ignition fixed on my Silverado after someone tried breaking in completely messing up the cylinder lock. He was able to replace the old one with the new unit on short notice and even came to me as the vehicle wasn’t able to be moved. Super Happy with his service. Affordable pricing as well

do yourself a favor and find a better company! They charged me an arm and a leg to install a door handle on our door leading to our backyard and the door handle broke off the minute they left! I called the next day to tell them so they could come back and repair the door handle and the receptionist was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I explained the situation and she laughed at me for calling it a door handle and not a lock. There is not lock on the door hand and is it one sided so it is a door handle. Even if there was another name to describe the handle she shouldn't have laughed. She said she would call back after speaking with the locksmith and I never heard back. On top of that I have been calling the office to have them come back for the repair and either they blocked my phone number or they changed their number because I have not been able to get in touch with them since.

The locksmith was easy to contact, arrived on time, was very knowledgable, provided sound advise, and completed our key cutting process on time. That is strongly suggested.

Quoted $1500 and an estimated 8-10 business days by a dealership for a rekey. Corey finished the job for half the cost, and in less than 24 hours. The make and model of my car aren't exactly common to the area, so it took him some extra time (and he probably should have charged more), but he stuck with the quoted price anyways. Couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you!
