Had to try different techniques to get my door unlocked but he didn't give up finally got it unlocked!

Todd is amazing, knowledgeable and professional. I had two transponder keys and neither worked. He was totally booked that day and was not able to come to me. That didn't stop him from helping. He would call me when he was driving between jobs. After several phone calls back and forth between us, he walked me through how to program them. This in spite of the fact that the instructions I got to program them from the manufacturer was wrong.

Stopped by to get a much needed copy of my car key.
